The Bee Gees were a great band before they were just a group. This reminds me, about the same time, The Monkees did a song called "Words". You can add that to your list. 😉 Rock on, Elok!

One of their very best from a time when they were basically Ballad Artist's. I chose this as it is one of the most beautiful expression's of a man offering a woman the only thing he has-his "WORDS" of love to "Take Her Heart Away." No mention of money or treasure; just his solemn promise through the Spoken Word. Also this version has the Strings and French Horn to accompany the music which I love.😀😀😀😀

Beautiful song. A lot of times when he sung it he dedicated it to his wife Linda. They’ve been married 50 plus years

My favorite Barry Gibb song, with a very close second favorite, "First of May." After these two-- I have 20 other favorites😃!

If you haven't heard it yet listen to their hit "Lonely Days". I hope you and your family will be safe during the rainy season there in Indonesia. Here in Kentucky in the US, it's Sumner, hot humid days and always a chance of thunderstorms. Anyway, love your reactions!!

This brings back memories. It's amazing how good this sounded on my little transistor radio. As for the weather, here in Florida it's about the same as there. We are starting to get rain every day and it makes it much cooler. But it's also starting hurricane season which will hit its peak in early September. But right now it's just some rain storms.

I think you would like classic '70s Aerosmith. Like "Seasons of Wither", "No more no more", "Sick as a dog", "Sight For Sore Eyes"...

Ah…this brings back memories of dances held at our junior high school during grade 9 back in the late 60’s. This was one of the few “slow dance” songs played, this gave us guys the chance to slow dance holding close to our girl friends in the early days of young love, very good and sweet tender feelings. At this stage The Bee Gees were at the top of the Pop charts with some great songs but then they went disco and that ended it for me. For your information I am in Cape Coral, Florida and I am 70 years old. My music choices are classic rock, crossover jazz, industrial strength metal, progressive rock, and opera (especially Wagner). I have a suggestion…since you are doing old songs look at the very famous Japanese 3-girl pop group the Candies (Ran, Sue, & Miki) they were active from 1973-1978. Their farewell concert is legendary in the Japanese music world, this even made the USA national news, they 🎉sold over 5 million records. They had always talked about a reunion and almost did in 2009 but unfortunately Sue died in 2011 of breast cancer.

If you are from indonesia, you HAVE to check out the video The Anecdotes Of BARRY GIBB!!! He speaks there about a concert they had in their beginnings in indonesia while the monsun was coming. Its sooo funny, the poor boys almost died doing it!!! I am from Austria (Europe) and it is very hot here the last days, way too hot!

As with the Beach Boys, there are simply too many excellent Bee Gees songs to list. With that said, you might listen to "I Started a Joke", "Massachusetts", "How Can You Mend a Broken Heart", "To Love Somebody" , "Run to Me", "Too Much Heaven", "How Deep Is Your Love", "Alone", and "Guilty" with Barbra Streisand.
