Hmmmm, it’s not quite all live. They are singing to a backing track. It wouldn’t be possible for them to reproduce the studio sound on their own as it had 27 vocal tracks. Barry sang 18 alone and the 3 brothers together did another 9. Awesome.

This song means everything to me. I remember that when I was 2 years old in the late ‘70s my babysitter would sit me down in front of the stereo and play this song over and over for me because I loved it so much! I did not know that this was The Bee Gees until 2019!

1978 a beautiful song from Bee Gees
The Bee Gees never disappoint. Gentlemen singing to the people, giving us beauty and making us dream. Get deep into their catalog, girl, it will always brighten your day.
Its amazing young generation like you discovered the beegees...they are so great ....👍👍👍❤❤❤
I loved your reaction. The fact that you recognized the sheer talent of this classic group and share it with your friends is wonderful. This was music of my day and I could listen to it all the time. No autotune, nothing "catchy" just beautiful music from a time when musicians loved the music. Thanks for the review.

I am in love with them and how talented they are. And thank you for watching 🤗
Barry Gibb, the one in the middle, had one of the most amazing falsetto's, I've ever heard, & what makes it so unique, is that in his falsetto, he also used his vibrato, which is very rare, & all three brothers were also masters at harmonizing....so glad you liked it, & loved your reaction! please keep discovering their amazing career !!! 💜 If there is music in Heaven, this is what I imagine it sounds like 💜 💜 💜
The Bee Gees are known for their perfect harmonies.
Bee Gees are my favourite British Band ever.
Pure heaven on earth. Talent on loan from God perfect!
Beautiful song. Beautiful reaction. Bee Gees are brilliance in music. ♥️
One of the best........adored the Bee Gees!
The Bee Gees were awesome! FYI, they’re actually brothers and have sung together since childhood! The brother in the middle, singing falsetto is Barry Gibb, the oldest of 4, and the only one living now 😞

I think he is referring to the family members that he made music with. Leslie lives all the way in Australia, and he lives in Miami with his wife of 50 years and close to his 4 sons, a daughter and his 8 grandchildren.
Barry Gibb, the brother in the middle, didn't realize he could sing in falsetto, until a producer they were working with , Arif Marden asked the brothers if any of them could scream in tune in falsetto! lol! That is why their sound changed so much in the 1970's! Barry discovered he could hit those notes and sing ENTIRE SONGS in falsetto.

They could all do falsetto very well. Barry is just one of those rare people that can do vibrato and falsetto at the same time. He could also hold the note in falsetto which is also rare.

@@deanarjones9114 Exactly! You can hear singers in falsetto, but to sing in falsetto with VIBRATO, well, so rare! And Robins voice was just completely unique. I have never heard anyone else who sounded like him. Moe was so versatile, a professional; harmonizer, lol! And may I say, Moe really knew how to fill a pair of Levis, lol! Just God given talent is the only explanation!
An amazing performance by the Bee Gees and a lovely reaction. Thanks.
I was 12 years of age when this song came out in 1978, and I still love this song
Beautiful song love the beegees
Greatest falsetto in music history!
What happened is you just witnessed greatness. A live performance recorded with no auto tune or overdubs. That’s talent. Check out their songs from the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack.
All of the proceeds from this song they donated to UNICEF, around 10 million dollars, maybe more now.
The word you're looking for is WOW!!!
Gorgeous isn't it, those of us over the age of 50 were raised with some beautiful music
I love to watch people's faces when Barry hits that falsetto. The boys are even more shocked. I was 17 when this came out. I saw Andy Gibb at a fair. He was a mini Barry.
I laugh and I cry when I here The Bee Gees. I grew up listening to them. What a joy!
3 brothers, family harmony. Great Reaction. This is my generation and 70's music. Welcome to the world of "DISCO."
When I was a young man some 40 years ago? Myself, my brothers, my family.....could turn on one of the two TV channels we had on our farm in Canada and watch this. Being young, I stared at the TV with amazement. The pure and natural talent. No voices added, no Auto tune.....just three guys singing into a microphone. Very rarely do you see that today. Don't get me wrong, talent is out there today. Seeing these three make it look so easy is quite another thing. Harmony beyond belief, no cracks in the voices and their timing is better then your wrist watch. When the world accepts your music? You must be doing something right. Great reaction young lady. Enjoy your day!
This is how it sounds when you put emotions to music. They sang together their whole lives. Three brothers, no tricks in one mike, just pure talent.
The BeeGees always brought class. No pre-taped music for them. Only a full orchestra.
There are No bad Bee Gees songs. ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️
Way back when life was simple and peaceful and beautiful
I’ve been listening to the Bee Gees since the 70s and it has the same impact today as it did then.
Back in the sixties and seventies, we always knew we could turn the radio on and hear some great new tunes. It was a great time for music. We took it for granted! And then the era was gone and we realized what we had.
The Bee Gees were the greatest ever!!! Their music touches your heart and soul! Check out more than a woman!
I think I have watched people react to this song more than any other song. When Barry reaches those high notes their eyeballs literally pop out of their head and it is a beautiful site. I saw them in 1978 and they were amazing. I adore the Bee Gees rest in peace Maurice and Robin.

Oh! What a song!!!! My school years in the 70’s!
The BEE GEES - greatest harmonies ever !!! 👍☺💛
Unmatched music smooth blended anjelic heavenly 😊
Thank you. This is one of my favorite groups. The brothers Gibb ( Bee Gees) were one of the best and most talented groups, Barry the oldest and twins Maurice and Robin. They started singing together in 1958 and sang together until 2003 when the youngest twin passed away.
Barry (middle) walked the talk too...he and his wife have been together for around 50 years!
Greatest love song
The ultimate lovesong.💖
Damn I fall in love so easy. I crush hard on Barry the moment I watched the video for the first time last week, but it's a bittersweet kind of crush. I cry
Its in the blood. Amazin'.
Love their music. I was a 30 year old woman in 1977, married and so much in love. I'm 73 now and widowed these songs bring back such great memories.
You know I probably speak for myself but I think that looking back having grown up in the 60s and 70s and hearing this music from day 1 and knowing its history and success I had forgotten just how truly unique the Brothers Gibb were, their talent was never in question but now we can look back and almost put them in a category by themselves, a trio of brothers and that can all sing and not just sing well but can sing falsetto, one could say perfectly. Their careers spand 5 decades, Grammy awards and even an Oscar I believe for the Saturday Night Fever sound track? I can honestly say that listening to them today really reminds of the uniqueness their voices and incredible harmonies that came from them, they are missed and I think the Angels in Heaven above should be proud to have them singing for the home team.

Unfortunately the Oscars ignored the soundtrack. It did not garner a nomination. Many people were outraged about that!!!
Their signature overall sound. This song was released in 1979. Natural harmonizing between the 3 Brothers. Robin, Barry & Maurice Gibb. 1 take, in recording studio. No autotune, no tricks. Pure natural talent! This was when music was real music & worked hard for. They also had a younger brother (Andy Gibb) who could sing just like them. He went out on his own & did very well, also. These 3 brothers received tons of achievement, accolades, awards, #1 hits, etc. The most recognized song by younger listeners is "Stayin' Alive," used in the movie "Saturday Night Fever," starring a young John Travolta. But, they have recorded tons of music. All have passed away except Barry.
You get hypnotize listing to them. 😎🙄🤩😛
Thank you for the reaction. Awesome 👍
Hahahaha.....Yes...Mind is Blown. Perfect harmonies. Peace.
Best singer brothers ever #lottalove
In the 70s we called that "Baby Making Music"...
If The Bee Gees were watching your reaction I am sure they would be smiling, Berry in Miami, and Mo and Robin in Heaven and me in Texas❤️❤️
Wellcome to the old times. If you continue, your mind will not stops blow.
This is DEFINITELY one of their very best! So glad you enjoyed it, as well. God bless.
Beautiful review. It did make me sad though when you mentioned that maybe one day you guys will have artists like this. That’s the best way I’ve ever heard it said. Thank you for taking the chance on our (all of our) music.
BEAUTIFUL music!!!!
God given talent
Girl, this is one of their best, just listen to ALL of their music, you will not be disappointed. This is a group I never get tired of listening to.
New to your channel, This is one of my favorite Bee Gees song.
Those were the days when real talent found it's way onto record and into prominence. The era of songwriter singers and musicians. And pre-autotune thankfully. A lovely reaction.
I enjoyed watching your reaction to this song. It was released in 1978, the year I met my husband, when I was 17. A LONG time ago--42 years. I'm glad young people are discovering the music we grew up on and still listen to. We raised our kids with this music. Our 33-year old daughter says she was born in the wrong era.... It's sad that Barry is the only one left now.... I recommend Elvis. "If I Can Dream" from his '68 Comeback Special is a must hear. It was written the year Martin Luther King was assassinated and we were in the middle of the Vietnam War. To feel the full impact of the song it must be listened to straight through without pausing for comments. You'll have plenty to say/feel afterwards. "An American Trilogy" from the Aloha From Hawaii concert is powerful, as well as "My Way," "You Gave Me a Mountain" and "Bridge Over Troubled Water" from the same concert, and "Unchained Melody" sung in concert are my recommendations. The Aloha From Hawaii concert (1973) was a big deal at the time. It is the VERY FIRST concert ever broadcast live by satellite by ANYONE. At the time it was ground-breaking and such a treat to hear it live.
As someone who grew up listening to them you're reaction thrilled me. Barry grabbed another one. I love seeing this!
There was no auto tune in the 70s when the Bee Gees were singing. What you see and hear is what you get. Great to see your first reaction to a group I listened to growing up in the 70s. Stay safe and well. Regards from Scotland 🏴
Please react to some of their older era songs like "I Started a Joke", "Holiday", "Massachusetts", I Gotta Get a Message to You", "I Can't See Nobody " and "Run to Me" and some of their later songs like "You Win Again", "Bodyguard", "For Whom the Bell Tolls", "Tokyo Nights", "Blue Island" and "Alone" among so many others. If you eventually react to all of these I have many, many more to suggest! Loved your reaction to "Too Much Heaven". You're finding out what us Bee Gees fans have known for decades. They're the best group ever with their perfect harmonies and wonderful songwriting skills. All three brothers were amazing and handsome as well. We miss Robin (my love) and Maurice as well as Andy (their younger brother). We love Barry who still performs occasionally and wish him a very long life with his family. We know he misses his brothers immensely and he knows they're watching over him from up above.

When I was a kid in the 70's, my mother was a Disco Queen, she would put this song on and we would dance in the living room and it is such a beautiful song. Even at 10 years old, I understood the power of Love in this song. I tear up every time I hear this song to this day...It is a perfect love song, I mean just perfect. The Bee Gees harmonies beat them all in my opinion.
👍, good music, thank you.
The Bee Gees touched your soul, again. I could see it in your eyes and of course your facial expression. I love your reactions.
To be fair, when this was recorded, these guys were well in to a career that sold more albums than anyone but Elvis, The Beatles, Paul McCartney, and eventually later, Michael Jackson. They were seasoned pros at this point.

This is my first time watching your reaction to a song and you didn't disappoint at all. Watching someone listen to a tune that they've never heard before and knowing the song is great is why I watch. Your face and smile told the whole story. The smile gets bigger as the song progresses. I'd like to know how old you are that way I can gauge your song history of what you've heard and haven't heard. There are so many songs that need passing down to younger people who haven't heard them before. You didn't disappoint me at all because I knew how good the song is and knew that you would too. Good stuff kiddo. I'll be watching.

I do agree with you, there are still talent out here but they are hard to be found due to all these other popular artists.. But hopefully I can find some and share it on here
I view many videos and reaction sites and this song by the Bee Gees gets more surprised reactions than any song I've ever seen. People can't believe that sound is coming from these 3 brothers. It is a perfect song performed perfectly within a perfect arrangement played perfectly by some astounding musicians. There.
I grew up hearing the disco-era Bee Gees as a little girl in the 1970s. I have all their albums now. They're pretty good, right? Their youngest brother Andy had a great solo career at the same time in the 70s, when he was a teenager. His big hits were "Shadow Dancing", "Love Is Thicker Than Water", "I Just Want To Be Your Everything", and "Desire". Andy died at 30 in 1988, and the whole Gibb family was devastated. Barry is the only Gibb brother still alive. Below is a video of Barry, Robin and Maurice singing on TV in Brisbane, Australia in 1960, where the family moved to from Manchester, England. TV was brand new in Australia, so it's in black and white. Barry is 14, Robin and Maurice are 11. You don't have to react to it, but it's cool to see how they started as kids. By the time they got on this show, they'd already been singing for ~3 years wherever they could get a gig, so the harmonies were down - "Time Is Passing By": kzread.info/dash/bejne/q4J71ayTnNnMotI.html That's why Robin could be so relaxed in the "Too Much Heaven" clip. By 1977, they could sing like that in their sleep. Here is the last video the three of them did together in 2001, before Maurice died in 2003 (Robin died in 2012). I'd call the style alternative country. It has a good back beat (plus, Barry is hugging a small teddy bear at the beginning, and it's very cute for him being an old guy) - "This is Where I Came In": kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z5Vtl7mLg7rceKQ.html
