Thank you, that was great after a busy day in the car, visiting family. I feel like my energy has been washed, rinsed and wrung out and am so much lighter. I'll definitely do that one regularly!

Good morning just wondered whether this session would help a 7 month baby who doesn’t sleep or would you do something different for such a small child. I would be so grateful for your help as the sessions I follow are just amazing thank you and sending lots of hugs xxx

Hi Heather, small babies can feel and feed off mother's energy. If you do the session yourself and feel calm and balanced it can help your baby to feel calm too.

I love your way of presenting quigong. I am 75 and have terrible leg cramps that wake me up and won't stop. Do you have exercise that may help me?
