I love all of your teachings Nick, but these videos are where you really excel over other teachers. This was such a lovely practice on so many levels, physically, mentally, emotionally and visually. Thank you for all that you do 🙏

That was truly wonderful! Thank you, Nick!
You have a relaxing voice! Thank you.
Such a relaxing practice. I sure thank you for this. I can sleep well now😌
This was the perfect routine-full of everything I love so much. Nick...you are one hella good person and I cannot thank you enough for all you have generosly taught me over the past 3+ years. It was during covid lockdown that I was teaching yoga online through my library when a qigong class was added and from their, my friend Deb who also takes your classes and I started our qigong journey. We have steadily practiced qigong mostly every day for the past 938 days and you have been a big part of that journey. Thank you.
Another magnificent addition to your extensive range of mindful routines, Nick san. Just completed this, through a rather heavy cold that's descended upon me. Has made me feel considerably more comfortable, so i'll take that off to bed! Thanks as aye, sir... 🙏
Love this routine, very calming, the River shot at the end is so soothing. “Flow like a River not a swamp” Love it. Maybe some day the Teacup will not intimidate me and I’ll get it right! Until then I laugh at myself while doing it.

Thanks so much for this video. It really helped me to feel calmer and go to sleep. I was wondering if the video could be darkened in some way as the snow, as beautiful as it is, is incredibly bright and possibly a little stimulating for those of us sensitive to electronic device light, in the evening?
Loved it. Wonderful routine, wonderful scenery, and the calming, peaceful sounds of nature - what more could you want? Thankyou Nick
I love it! you really transmit the feeling of a peaceful water flowing in a conscious way. Thank you

Lots of competing stresses at the moment Nick. Sleep is a real issue. This has really grounded me for the evening. Thank you! And all the best with the new arrival whenever she appears!
I just did this practice and am very relaxed and ready for a deep rest. Thank you for sharing these videos.
Thank You ❤
You've done it again! This was exactly what I needed today. A few VERY inspiring quotes too! Thank you for sharing!!!
Thank you, Nick. Another womderfu; pracrice. Sublime! You really have a gift. So grateful!
Thank you Nick. Beautiful and just in time for me to do before bed this evening. I’m a new subscriber and am enjoying many of your videos and learning Qigong which has been on my list for a few years now. I was wondering if you had a session for the vagus nerve (I couldn’t find one) and if not, if you’d do one for us? After decades of trauma (physical and mental/emotional) my vagus nerve is needing a lot of attention and since your videos have helped me so much just in a little over a week (doing at least 1 or 2 a day) I’m hopeful you may have one that will help reset my vagus nerve or at least get it further calmed down with a targeted session. Thank you for considering! I appreciate you sharing your teachings and experiences ✨✨✨✨

Welcome! I think the best Qigong technique to target the vagus nerve is the 6 Healing Sounds practice. Here’s my favorite video I made for that: kzread.info/dash/bejne/eJdhrMGMdZbXlJc.html

Hello Mr Nick, could I ask, what is the reason for tendency to have sharp jabbing pains in the side of the head after frequent qigong practice? The pains are sharp, sudden and brief, used to happen when I've been doing qigong very often. As a result I don't practice as often as before, or only practice when weather is cold
Is this training also good when you have fever?
