U are going on the wrong track with this one 🗣🗣 . No joke the series was way better at the beginning way more entertaining to watch because you had a clear goal of becoming a "real estate guy" . My BEST ADVICE is to stop putting yourself in the box , you are not an expert you dont know much so restricting yourself from trying other things is really bad . Have an open mind but dont scrap the idea too early have a set startpoint and a broad endgoal . Make a free discord server or give everyone free acses for a week and get peoples feedback ( 99% not what ypu think )
