I Thessalonians 4:9-12
'But concerning brotherly love you have no need that I should write to you, for you yourselves are taught by God to love one another; and indeed you do so toward all the brethren who are in all Macedonia. But we urge you, brethren, that you increase more and more; that you also aspire to lead a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.'
Psalms 34:1-10
'I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make its boast in the Lord ; The humble shall hear of it and be glad. Oh, magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt His name together. I sought the Lord , and He heard me, And delivered me from all my fears. They looked to Him and were radiant, And their faces were not ashamed. This poor man cried out, and the Lord heard him, And saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him, And delivers them. Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him! Oh, fear the Lord , you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him. The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.'
Psalms 19:1-9
'The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat. The law of the Lord is perfect, converting the soul; The testimony of the Lord is sure, making wise the simple; The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes; The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever; The judgments of the Lord are true and righteous altogether.'
Hebrews 4:1-10
'Therefore, since a promise remains of entering His rest, let us fear lest any of you seem to have come short of it. For indeed the gospel was preached to us as well as to them; but the word which they heard did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in those who heard it. For we who have believed do enter that rest, as He has said: “So I swore in My wrath, ‘They shall not enter My rest,’ ” although the works were finished from the foundation of the world. For He has spoken in a certain place of the seventh day in this way: “And God rested on the seventh day from all His works”; and again in this place: “They shall not enter My rest.” Since therefore it remains that some must enter it, and those to whom it was first preached did not enter because of disobedience, again He designates a certain day, saying in David, “Today,” after such a long time, as it has been said: “Today, if you will hear His voice, Do not harden your hearts.” For if Joshua had given them rest, then He would not afterward have spoken of another day. There remains therefore a rest for the people of God. For he who has entered His rest has himself also ceased from his works as God did from His.'

I have been trying to sit and quiet myself in the presence of God for years, but I couldn’t after 5 or 10 minutes I get bored, I start watching your videos for about a month and I never felt his presence like this. praise God I’m so grateful for him and his presence🙌🙌 Thank you Pastor Chris 🙏

Chris my tears just rolled down my cheeks hearing you pray. I am so broken but I surrender my all to Yahshua. Pray for me and my family that they'll seek after Yahshua because I know he's coming sooner than what we think. By his mercy he's holding the gates because he doesn't want anyone to perish but to live with him in eternity. Who wants there family and love ones to perish?

Romans 12:18 If it is possible, as much as depends on you, live peaceably with all men. This verse really touched me the most. I had just read this last night and I firmly believe that peace is the very essence of the character of Jesus. IN James 3:17 it also says that the wisdom from above is first pure, than peaceable. Peace from heaven when manifested will shift the circumstance or situation we face. It is my desire from heaven to live in peace, with all. Even those that may despise me or spitefully use me.

This word was is so perfect for me today P. Chris. My burden was HEAVY LADEN. The Holy Spirit reminded me to give it to the Lord and refocus. Don’t take my eyes off Jesus.

@@ChrisGarcia. that is true. Although I think what I mean is how do we keep ourselves from becoming to prideful if God gives us wisdom or faith? I'm asking because I think this happened to me. I don't feel God as much as I did when I was first born again but I remember how much God showed me that I also became prideful. I'd rather just keep things simple and pure like a child and not over think anything.

@@keziahbazan7842 I'm struggling with the same thing (and pretty much everyone is sometimes, I guess). The answer is obviously not in refusing God's gifts (that would be arrogant!) but in keeping God first. He is more than anything He gives us. It is very natural that the more we see how good He is the more we see how lacking we are. That is the same light. But there's nothing He wouldn't be able to cope with. I find the easiest way to deal with this to be thankful for what He gives us and for Him. You can't focus on yourself being prideful or even humble because even that makes us prideful too easily. So the thing is to shift focus to God. Just let Him love you.

Shannell be sure to make your reading time a sacred time,, so let’s say you only have an hour,, pray before that time,, asking for the Holy Spirit to guide you, to provide you with insight wisdom and clarity of mind. Give him a good solid half hour of that hours time,, sometimes it may expand but at least you will not be feeling rushed with distractions of time, to do list and other things. Sacrifice that sacred time for the lord and you. This will blossom the fire of desire within you for more,, let him lead you it is part of the building of that relationship. I hope that helps,, keep pressing in, in that way in trust and faith the clarity will come. 🙏

When FO goes live, you are then able to select the life chat option below the video timeline slider. It is found in the same place where you select 👍 like the stream. FOF gathers daily at 6am CST for fellowship before the live worship time starts. This gives us time to pray for each other, share testimonies and so on. The timer starts anytime between 615 to 630am CST.
