so u get admins when you're starting to run out of depos?

Yes, starting to run out of safe depots. It's situational though, and I do believe I had extra money. Instead of admins, I could actually go for more SAU40's or extra airfield, but since my enemy looked passive, I BUILT ADMIN to essentially lock up the win - I'm ahead in score, have more depots, so I can play as a defender. Once the front depots run out, I can retreat and play time not destruction. This game isn't forcing you to kill your opponent, and generally people will make mistakes in forcing a attack. Of course, you should see holes in your defence as well. I think it's not really easy to generalize here, but if your enemy is spending money on defence, not attack, use money to get money. Besides, I think it could be a counter-admin, since he was under-camo, I may have assumed that he has a admin, and I do not want to fall behind there.
