Matt, great video. I'm here at VAS graduating next week. The students truly appreciate the videos you provide. Plus, it's a trip to have climbed the same roofs for practice claims that you climbed with Guy in the promo clips.

Hi James, Im about to join the VAS adjusting school in the next month. Have you found the school to be a good decision you made or would you go a different way that you know what you know now after going through the VAS school?

Most. Check with Pilot, Pacesetter, Sedgwick, Eberl, Mid America Cat, TheBest Claims, Crawford, etc..

I think CCMS is going to be the US and possibly Canada, but call and ask.

If they gave me a lap top the dream would be a reality. But I've been stuck in my room for the last 5 months

They want people to have bachelors degree to work for them

One does not need a degree in order to have critical thinking, a will to learn, be assertive,, have empathy, and a desire to succeed and to serve others. Corporate mentalities are falling away..it "loiks" good. Many have degrees, yet none of these attributes apply.

Become an independent adjuster and you’ll get experience that will suffice

@@ShilohAK yes, I started august of 2021. My first full year, I made 100k. And that was me working 9/12 months!… you’ll want to get carrier certifications. Like State Farm auto (who I’ve worked with all year) or State Farm property to get started. You can get both through IA roster companies. I would also grab a few costal states to make yourself more marketable

@@ShilohAK if you’re wanting to do property in the field… get your certs for that. Invest in your resume. And get on multiple companies rosters
