The flooring is so beautiful. If I were younger I would love a place like this. Now that I'm in my 50's and everything has started to breakdown I would dread what would happen if the elevators stopped working.

For an area like Juhu, this apartment was slightly underwhelming for me. I only reference to the space, The 700sqft terrace, was actually a useless space, it could have been utilized to host another bedroom or divided in such a way that there could be a dedicated Mandir area, a study area and may be another powder bathroom. apart from the largest bedroom, all the other bedrooms looked quite cramped in space and the wardrobes were shamelessly just fit in like utilizing the leftover space from the bedroom. Wouldn't want to invest in something where my re-doing cost or revamping cost would be almost equivalent or only a few 1000 bucks lesser than the actual apartment value! Having said that, the video was nicely shot, but just a suggestion, I see that you've revamped your title slide, that should actually always populate first on the screens even before you start with your introduction or the apartment brief.

Totally bad design, the entry is terrible. Could have used some of that terrace space for dining had a little bit of welcoming entrance instead of that cramped one.

@@mihirmehta9279 I am wealthy enough to buy it and I am watching it on KZread. Actually, I like the terrace because that gives direct access to open air. I would not want to live in a building with rooms with no access to sunlight or air. The swing is also nice. If I were to buy anything like it then this would be perfect because the terrace area is where I will feel unhindered open space in a home like this.

Terrace space being wasteful or useful is purely subjective. Not everyone wants to have a mandir there. I think the terrace space is perfect.

If this flat cost 15 cr. Imagine the cost we need to pay as maintenance per month. Could he enought to again become if not crore pati in next 5 years. The terrace or deck area is just too big. Looks great. For some its useless for its size and for some its joy during rain. But for me the amount of space used for terrace could he used for making the bedroom bit for wider for walking. I a spacious room is said to be spacious if basic things can be moved in or out easily without having to go in too much of pain.

The terrace kinda took up too much space of valuable sqft... If that kitchen can be extended outwards without affecting any structural column/pillar or load distribution, the possibility of an even more spacious and fantabulous kitchen is achievable... Living space can also benefit if the glass door can be pushed outwards further for more usable interior space...

💯 % rip off. Balcony has views i heard. Hmm flyover ok i got it. Kitchen .. builders needs to stop making tiny rectangle shaped slim kitchen where 2 cant walk without bumping in each other. House looks like artifical feeling not natural for some reason not very inviting.
