Didnt have a candle. Had to improvise but she loved it dw.

Some people find it easier to meditate while watching a candle burn (trying to focus on the flames and forgetting about your internal thoughts). It's easier to look up a candle on youtube than to light your own hahaha.

it can help you focus better by starring at a candle for a long enough time.
