Beautiful Moroccan street food tour. This is a must visit for incredible Moroccan food, the Blue City of Chefchaouen in Morocco, today we explored this awesome city and ate a ton of tasty traditional foods like Moroccan chicken rfissa.

Chefchaouen, Morocco, is dubbed the “Blue City” and you will soon see why! This beautiful medieval town is covered in every shade of blue possible, creating a city that is unlike any other. On our Moroccan street food tour today, we went exploring the city tasting our way around it, trying some traditional and popular Moroccan foods.
We started out this morning on our Moroccan food tour, tasting the delicious and simple bissara soup from a very local shop with an incredibly friendly owner. We wandered the city and cooled off learning how to make gelato, and of course tasting some while we were there.
Our tasty day continued to Cafe Clock where we got to watch the preparation and cooking of some very traditional Moroccan foods, chicken rfissa and madfouna. Chicken rfissa and madfouna are very traditional dishes that are hard to find in restaurants, however, we were super lucky to get to go behind the scenes in the kitchen of Cafe Clock here in the blue city of Chefchaouen to see how they're made. It was an amazing experience trying the best food in Morocco here, with incredible hospitality. The chicken rfissa was especially tasty and is a can't miss dish on any food tour of Morocco!
We finished off our beautiful Moroccan street food tour on a gorgeous rooftop overlooking the blue city of Chefchaouen, tasting some local cheeses.

Wow, I have never even heard of this city, thanks so much for bringing us along! Morocco as a whole looks super breathtaking and you guys are capturing it all from the history to the ambience down to the flavors of its cuisine, impeccable vlogging! The most beautiful city I've ever visited was Kyoto in the spring, Paris in the fall, and Munich/Venice in the winter. And summer has to be spent by the beach of course, not in the city 🏖😂

There are many sayings about the blue color of the city, but the real and fundamental reason, which is not hidden from historians, is that this city was founded in 1471 and 43k people took part in its foundation, many of them were Jews. The Jews had a culture among them that they marked their doors blue so that they could identify each other for religious events. Most of the city's Jewish population moved to occupied Palestine after World War II, but left behind the legacy of the blue buildings

These Moroccans are the best of God's creation and the most welcoming of the guest All the food that you tasted in restaurants is not comparable to eating at home, where all the spices are made by hand and many dishes are not found in restaurants.

Hey Feng, the people of Chefchaouen were so nice and friendly, and the guys at Cafe Clock were so welcoming, it really made our experience that much more special. Even just exploring the town was so amazing!! No we haven't been to Cape Town... Yet😉 it's really beautiful though eh? We'd love to see it!

The Bessara you can eat it either thin or thick. I personally prefer to eat it thick and bubbly in a clay pot with some whole grain bread delicious!

OMG, I was there and missed to buy the ice cream 😡😡. They have one of the best olive oil there, cold pressed and harvested there, not expensive at all. I am going back just for the ice cream
