I gave the video a thumbs up, but was really hoping to have learned about your experience of actually renting this boat? I mean, the beauty of Tahoe speaks for itself, certainly. Renting a boat at Tahoe seems daunting. There are soooo many places to rent from, and they all seem to be very expensive. I am just looking for my wife and I to rent, and that just is not going to happen.

What beaches can you recommend to visit that you can only get to by boat. Or ones that are worth visiting. I am renting a boat soon to avoid the crowds and having to find parking.

Most we like are on the northeast shore of the lake. We like thunderbird cove, the area around bonzai rock and speedboat beach ☺️

It’s so beautiful! The shots that had big rocks in them are in Nevada not far from Sand Harbor State Park, but other shots are from the California side near Meeks Bay.

We rented from Crystal Bay Marine in Incline Village. But there are a few places in South Lake Tahoe that rent as well. Ski Run Marina is the main one

Do you have phone #? We google and it’s said Crystal Bay Marine is boat repair not boat rental service.

That’s the right place. They are a repair and rental shop. Jay is the owner and he knows us well

The different types of coves and beaches? I guess it’s what you can expect “to see” when renting a boat. Sorry you didn’t enjoy the video but thanks for the comments

It’s kinda expensive to rent a boat in lake tahoe $189 for 1 hour you need 4 to 5 hour to enjoying the beautiful water .

Expect to pay at least $1000 for an 8 hour rental on a boat that will Not be safe to truly explore the lake

We’ve never paid more than $600 for the day but perhaps we’re getting a deal. And we’ve had 20-25’ boats each time and they are fully capable of going anywhere on the lake if you know what you’re doing. If the weather picks up that’s a different story.
