Edible Silver Foil... a small amount
[Hydrangea-colored Bean Paste]
Powdered White Bean Paste... 50g
Water... 100ml
Soy Milk... 30ml
Rum... 1 teaspoon
Sugar... 50g
Salt... a pinch
Butterfly Pea Syrup... as needed
Food coloring... red
[Agar Jelly]
Water... 120ml
Agar powder... 2g
White Wine... 30ml
Lemon Juice... 1/2 teaspoon
Granulated Sugar... 150g
Blue Curacao Syrup... a small amount
▷ Steps
0:00 - Opening scene
0:30 - Making purple hydrangea-colored bean paste
0:41 - Put powdered white bean paste and water in a pot
1:05 - Add soy milk and rum, mix while heating
1:32 - When it comes to a boil, add sugar
1:45 - Once the sugar is dissolved, add salt
1:56 - Add butterfly pea syrup while mixing to color
2:29 - Divide the bean paste in half
2:43 - Use food coloring to color half of the bean paste purple
3:02 - Making agar jelly: Put water and agar powder in a pot and heat
3:25 - Add white wine and lemon juice, bring to a boil
3:53 - Add granulated sugar and mix until dissolved
4:16 - Add blue curacao syrup to color
4:28 - Pour the liquid into a container
4:46 - Chill in the refrigerator until set
5:10 - Shape the bean paste into balls
5:45 - Remove the agar jelly from the mold
5:56 - Cut into 5mm squares, with a thickness of about 3mm
6:42 - Attach the cut agar jelly around the bean paste
7:16 - Place edible gold foil on top
7:30 - Taste test
