Beautiful ESTEPONA / Costa Del Sol / Spain
The beautiful town of Estepona is located in the western side of Costa del Sol, Spain, about one hour drive (by bus) from popular Marbella.
It's a great destination for a day trip. Estepona's main attraction that will certainly enchant you is its Old Town ( Centro Historico ). Cobbled little streets are lined with gorgeous whitewashed houses adorned with bright pot flowers.
There are couple of small squares with cafés and restaurants, with Plaza de las Flores being the major one.
Estepona boasts a large coastline with two Blue Flag beaches, a stylish marina and a long promenade. The main beach is Rada beach, that reflects the tranquil ambiance of the Old town and rarely gets crowded.

When I lived in Spain from 1968 to 1977 I went to Estepona countless times... yet in this video I recognize nothing at all... It has evolved a great deal and is very beautiful... I lived at Marbella and then later at Mijas Pueblo... also they are hardly recognizable in recent videos as everything has changed so much...

It’s true, this beautiful town has changed a lot, mainly because its Mayor, from the PP party, had wanted some years ago, when he first started as a Mayor, that Estepona were one of the most attractive places in Spain. That's why he carried out several projets here, and he carrys on doing many improvements. Estepona has changed, it’s true, but if you walked nowadays along the main beach promenade of the town you’ll realise that this part hasn’t changed much, it is as it was in the 60s and 70s.

Estepona is located only 25 min from Marbella and 1 hour from Malaga

It took me exactly 50 min to get from Marbella to Estepona by bus. On return it was even longer due to heavy traffic. Maybe by car is a little faster.

Yes. Estepona is on Mediterranean sea with many sunny days in the year. Summer is hot, winter is mild.

In summer sea temperature is between 20-24°C
The motorway is an eyesore and you can’t cross the road. The traffic is noisy and tiring. There is too much construction and empty concrete boxes everywhere. The landscape is a golf course. Litter and dog dirt all over the place.

After thoroughly viewing the video, none of the litter and dog dirt you point out can be seen. If the rest of your criticisms is like that, well ahm, yours is a case for a good psychiatrist.
