If you haven't seen This Beautiful Fantastic I really recommend it, one of my favourite films. It is a sweet romance which reminds me a little of Amelie with a quirky main character and features a lot of gardening. A great watch for Spring :)

I can not wait for the warmer weather and to be able to put washing on the line. I miss the dry days and getting a bit bored of all the rain. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it! I've saved some weight loss tips in a highlight on Instagram if you'd like to have a look. Overall, it's about maintaining a moderate calorie deficit over a long period of time (1 year for me). I also do yoga, weight training, a bit of running, and of course, I try to walk as much as possible. But it's the calorie deficit that really makes you lose weight x
