1:16 a quick way to learn a knee drop is that when you are in the air make sure you are landing on the side of your shin not your knee I learned mine from kayleen babel 😊

YEAH AHAH😍 I have pretty good leg flexibility so I'm kinda good at leaps I just can't do some like a reverse or a russian switch leap CAUSE FOR RUSSIAN SWITCH LEAPS U GOTTA BE FAST WITH UR LEGS AND I AINT ALL LIKE THAT😨

@@trasheditzz If u really wanna improve ur leg flexibility STRETCH LIKE U NEVER HAVE BEFORE😻 I been doing it for 2 years and It just takes time. I recommend doing stretching 20 minutes each day 😍 but for me I'm horrible at back flexibility so I'll try to fix that soon-

we are complete opposites in dance omg I’m bad at flexibility but I’m good at turns 😭🫶

I’m really flexible but I can’t push myself with a back bend I don’t trust myself so my dance teacher put me in the back
