Beautiful Birds: The Mallard
Үй жануарлары мен аңдар
The first in a new series - Beautiful Birds. In this episode, we're looking at the humble Mallard. A familiar sight to many, but does this make it any less beautiful?

Glad you enjoyed it
Great idea for a series Greg! Good factoid video on this under-appreciated bird. Definite "Like" from me buddy! 🙂👍

Awesome, thank you!
Nice video. Shame they tend to get overlooked due to their sheer number around the country (I am guilty of this too, lol) but they are amazing creatures. I didn't know about their sleep behaviour to stay alert for potential predators, very fascinating. Looking forward to next months instalment.👍

Thank you! I'm very guilty of this too. There's always a bit of disappointment when you go into a hide at a nature reserve and all you can see are Mallards! But we should try to see the beauty in every day sights.
