Why hasn’t there been a frog watch ?

I decided to take a year off. I've been making frog watch every year since 2016, and the last few years I feel like I've just re-made the exact same videos and it began to feel a little pointless. If I did it again this year there would be no new information, it would just be me doing the exact same things as I've done every year. So, I needed a break. What I want to do is come back next year with something new and fresh, try something different, bring new information. I know it might be disappointing, but hopefully, you can understand.

So much dram from one little bird, they are amazing. I have a question! I have a recollection from somewhere - Maybe I dreamt it! hehehe... In the winter/non breeding months Puffins beaks are a much more subdued colour? am i right in thinking this? Thanks for being a continued inspiration.

You are right, during winter the colour fades and their bills become darker, almost black in some cases. It also shrinks a bit too! I'm a bit annoyed at myself for missing that detail when i wrote this script.

Thanks Graham. Yeah, Almost got my sleeve completed. I've got another session booked in July, might be the last one, but might need one more. I'm sure I'll show it off more when it's done.
