The shapes of crucifixes on the wall is actually will be positions where crucifixes will spawn. But I guess that developers didn’t hid them, so now we know where crucifixes will be at ;)

Theory for why there is a lab : It used to be a normal hotel till a kind of pandemic (this is why the bed room thingy that comes after Jeff's shop) came. They had a lot of space underground so the government got the hotel to make it a lab. Scientists made "creatures" with dead bodies of those who are now the entities. Many times it failed hence the meat after door 60. The biggest success was figure, but it quickly became disobedient. All entities other than Jeff and El Goblino became hostile. Seek would chase them, Rush would try to speed up and get them, Ambush did the same thing as rush but better, Window scared them to be stunned, Eyes got them killed by looking at it etc. There was only one scientist left named "Bob", he first was missing then got into the rooms (and worked there) and then got into the doors. He was very experienced but for some reason his body and soul got separated and now his would became "The Guiding Light". If you put this into mind you'd find the possibility that "The Curious Light" is just a remanent of Bob which stayed in the rooms. So now we have 3 obedient entities. Jeff was apparently a boy who wanted to go to college, thus the achievement. El Goblino was just chill, thus his personality. So the original state of the entities before they became entities makes them what they are now. So that's my theory! TL;DR : There was a virus so hotel had hospital kinda place and they made lab for experiments and the entities got made and Bob's guiding light while part of him is curious light and the entities were originally victims of the virus so their original personality is what they are like now

I think everyone forgets that the hotel is supposed to be set in the Victorian era, so a huge laboratory located under the hotel doesn’t make much sense. What makes more sense is perhaps a coal mine, or a series of underground tunnels that connect to different locations in the world located below the hotel. Or even perhaps the expansion of the door 100 style that figure is seen in, where it’s the main inner workings of the hotel.

Imagine if Doors floor 2 would be this hard, I would never beat it.

i like how even when you can glitch through the gate you still pull the lever

In floor 2 if it gets released, they should buff some of the easy monsters and nerf some of the hardest monsters. But only a little since it would be impossible to beat And they should make a new Guiding Light, Which on April Fools, it will appear and try acting like Guiding Light but instead not help you. It will trick you and lead you to fake doors, some bad stuff and not lead you on the Seek Chase. Instead of not showing, The fake Guiding Light will appear on fake doors on Seek Chase, so you have to be careful around it. They should also buff Screech, Like whenever your in a dark room, Instead you dont hear a psst anymore. You have to look everywhere or Screech will bite you. And when your in a closet and ty avoiding Screech from hiding, Hide will kick you out and force you to find Screech. For Rush, He should rebound for about 3 or 4 times. I mean Rush is a LITTLE too much easy. He should rebound. And, this time the lights wont flicker. So to avoid Rush, You have to be careful around your surroundings. For Ambush, Hes also a little hard but also easy. So they should make him rebound a little more, so when your in a vent room, you actually wont survive through the vents. You need to actually hide in a closet or somewhere with Dupe or a good hiding spot. (The lights wont flicker too, same for Rush.) My hands are tired i cant type anymore, So ill be coming back to this video and type some more buffs and nerfs for the monsters- (This is some advice for the Floor 2.) (Correct me if i have some mistakes.) Edit: you can hear ambush and rush, especially thats what it makes it a little easy. Floor 2 is supposedly to be hard since it would get released soon. Floor 2 is also very exciting and they should make the monsters even harder to do Edit 2: i think i created ww3, YALL CHILL, I SAID I WILL PUT SOME NERFS.

The problem is, doors is about visual and audio queues, adding some of theese changes ruin the whole concept.

Legend has it the world would end by the time doors floor 2 comes out

Basically Seek got banged on the door SO MUCH that he fell apart which he regenerated again... The parts grew and Seek's eyes went out of place into his body... He was born again as a REAL monster

funi fact: first badge name its reference to theminecraft story mode. This is why skeleton are in shop (also there is a secret lever after pressing him wither storm is spawning and trying to kill us. Sorry for y english)
