Running under 5 seconds on a 40 with long grass in normal shoes with pants on with no warm up is actually impressive. I think the second guy who beat Tom probably could run a 4.8/4.7 in proper conditions.

I am 5 foot 4 135 lbs and I ran a 4.7 and then a 4.9 in high school. The coach was skeptical of my time and made me feel bad about it. He told me it was a 5.4. Not sure what I ran from the confusion. Great video. I think this was an awesome idea to get anyone to run against TB12

Love your videos. You do a great job of instilling the fun to the people you meet and your audience. Some other ideas, $10 per flight of stairs on a fixed speed stair machine, rowing machine same with some calibration to make it reasonable. Another good one would be longest plank. I think the lifting videos make great content but the best is when it's something you can say "no way", get out of your chair and try it at home.
"Luck is when preparation meets opportunity" 🔥
That thick grass will add at least .5 seconds...
Wow!Shame on Tom Brady for not showing up!You the best,Nick my word brother!A good idea would be to make people run some slow time and to pace themselves correctly to run at some exact time with some +/- 1 second(it depends on the distance whether 1 second is too much or too little). That would make people also strategize tactically the distance to finish at the right time.😃
I love your videos Nick❤

@@kylschwartz174514.14 is assuming a uniform speed all throughout. At the beginning you start with zero velocity and you accelerate, meaning you don’t have uniform speed.
