Take it from an actual swordsman in training since the age of 4: Being a pro at this game will do almost nothing for you in terms of swordsmanship except hand eye coordination and practicing mental extension. Its still hellua fun game though!

I hate hard because its too slow, and I hate Expert because its too long and also the part where the song sabotages itself sucks and for a while it was impossible to beat expert+ because it wasnt made for short people

I practiced angel voices on expert plus until I finally got through it (with 50 missed blocks), then suddenly I noticed I could do most of the other expert plus songs too on the first try

I still can't believe this is Porter Robinson... The dude is an absolute genius.

I'm super good at expert mode but once expert plus came out it wooped my ass lol. You are a ninja lol.

I guess, Expert+ was added so that the government can find the ones, who beat it. There are two options, what they might be. Superhumans with incredible skills or Aliens. Both of them are important to the government :D

I lose combo all the time, I'm just pretty good at recovering. That being said though, these patterns would probably get me. Too fast movement required.

I never realized how long this level was until my arms starting getting tired :0

As much as I want to keep trying this one, I fear for the durability of my controllers because there is a LOT of crossing going on

This was my personal road block into modded songs, when I first bought beat saber only Vol 1 was around and I refused to get into modding extra songs until I could Angel Voices. Took me a couple weeks of pure grinding just to limp through to the finish but it felt great to finally have gotten the completion.

Expert plus is new on psvr version and I just tried it... like expert to me is very very easy, so I was thinking expert plus wasn’t gonna be that bad and when I tried it I instantly failed. I’ve gotten somewhere farther than I thought I would tho on the “Be there for you” song.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. Expert got a lil bit easy on some songs, so I thought, Expert+ would be nice for me. No chance!!! Without "noFail" I can't beat any of these songs. I tried them with "noFail" and I was glad to have one song, where I only missed 90 blocks. The other ones went until 500 missed blocks, impossible for me to beat. The jump from Expert to Expert+ is even harder than the one from Easy to Expert, I think... I'll stay with Expert songs and beat them a lot of times to get thinner, perfect workput. Hard enough to sweat a lot, but not too hard so you can beat the songs, the feeling of victory is important for that to me :D

Yeah the difficulty jump from expert to expert+ is huge. After playing expert+ levels for the first time today my shoulders actually hurt lmao

Quiet kid: starts doing cycle hit on expert+ with very fast, small notes, and with no misses and arrows on.

This guy always impresses me, it’s insane

Someone's comment gave me an idea while I was looking through this. If there were actual Jedi than id would be physically impossible for a saber to touch another (unless it was hard light) so you'd actually have to dodge a saber. Also if you hit a saber with a sword than say goodbye to your blade and say hi to hurtful light.

Love the video. And dont feel bad for some of the mess ups on the missing hits. Just seeing your gameplay is great enough to watch and learn from.

I have beaten all expert+ songs except for Angel Voices, Ghost, Light It Up and Exit This Earth's Atmosphere. I just cannot get the pattern at 4:26. So congrats man you are a legend.

I just got beat saber a couple days ago and can play the hard levels ok, but once I tried the expert levels I was beaten down pretty fast. It takes a player to recognize how badass expert+ player are. I'm pretty astounded, and doubt I'll ever get to that level of ninja. qq

Finally a guy just playing the song with out any fucked up camera angels!

I only get to play for a little bit at my friends before D&D once per week for the past couple of months and i can only get about 30 seconds into expert plus on any of the original songs.

Questions science still can’t answer 1: how will the universe end? 2: what is Dark Matter? 3: what is inside black holes? 4: HOW TF TO DO THE PART AT 4:25?!?!?!

I finally passed this on expert today xD been battling it for a few days now. Time to get S rank and then jump up to expert+... seeing this is pretty intimidating tho!

This is the most anticlimactic version of this song I’ve ever heard.

I finnaly finished this while playing in front of my brother and as usual he’s like you missed a few you didn’t complete it so I was like this time “ok go on you do it” and he failed instantly and then I was like “yep hard enjoy”

It's a combination of both. In many cases there are "basic" patterns that I recognize and can follow but there are sometimes when I have no idea so I'm just reading the notes as they come at me

Savegamer 15 you just have to practice and eventually you know the song through muscle memory. Also there are patterns and they might change for each hand but just look for them and it makes the song easier.

I recently full comboed this level on xpert

On hard its already a hell marathon

This is mapped so badly it circles around and becomes good again, imo

Most ppl in the comments: Man I can't wait to be able to beat expert plus Me: THIS SONG IS FUCKING FIRE BRO

Angel Voices is a whole lot harder than it looks, it has 1600+ notes, that’s about 200 more notes than Crystallized on Expert+! It has very hard patterns and constant above-average-difficulty patterns, and some parts are VERY hard, one of them being 0:11 once you see it you think you know how to do it but you end up getting totally confused and you mess up and lose, and at 4:26 ? Oh, that will wreck you with ease, you will be shown absolutely no mercy at all, it’s way harder than it looks, and I could barely get past it even at HALF SPEED! Overall it’s the hardest level in the Extras section and the hardest level in general that’s not a Camellia level, I’m not sure though, Maybe even harder!

I can do expert pretty consistently but holy crap this kills me every time

ok now i see why this map is completely hated in the community
