*Works well for a DIY home improvement job **MyBest.Tools** A little sloppy in the cut. Water reservoir is too small. Cut one 20" tile - time to refill.*

That's a ball valve for the water supply I'm pretty sure you can throttle that water flow down or customize the flow by simply turning the valve handle 1/8 or 1/4 etc, etc, until it reaches fully open which would give you maximum water at full open. Thank you great video keep up the good work..

Does it cut granite at a perfect 90°? I used the Ryobi and it doesn't cut straight down. As a result; I can't use the Ryobi for joining granite corners at 45°. There ends up being a slight gap on the inside corner.

Yes awkward! The saw is great but ergonomics especially for a left handed person like myself... Man. It's a bit of a challenge. Trick I've tried and it works for me is an upcut. Works very well. I pull instead of push.

I've been eyeing this saw for quite some time. I have a couple Makita handhelds but the water feature is more convenient. It's either the beast or alpha. Alpha is a lot better in my opinion.

Nobody can ever get you anything for Christmas😂 I actually have a handheld Makita, I use it extremely rarely, if I have to cut a curb top or something then I will hook it up, but it's too much of a pain in the ass to find a water source to do all your cutting outside, I just don't have an application for it, a little bit like the dry saw can't find an application for that either.

I totally agree! Water source for this is rare when tiling a shower, probably best for countertops, but damn it's a Beast! 👊

I do my cutting in the room i'm working on. This Beast would drown the place . I'll stick with my 12v hand held Makita for bathrooms and kitchens. What makes people choose 900x150 wood effect floor tile ? Still no prob for a Maka.

First, bad camera work. Maybe an assistant can solve this. Second, chips at the end are a major concern for us amateur tile installers. A $300 saw won't solve that, it's about technique. How about some advise on that. We don't need to see how to chip tiles, we can do that ourselves!

The way they design this saw is almost the same as $99 Ryobi saw. If you want to cut something straight like 5’x5’ or 5’x3’ with 1/2 thickness quartz for bathtub wall with a aluminum straight edge as a guide, you just can’t, bc the base of this saw is not thick and wide enough that could rub again the straight edge and slide when cutting. The only way could make it works is, add a piece of aluminum or plastic to bottom of the saw base, make it thick enough and wide enough, like the way they design a 7-1/4 circular skil saw, then it could do the job.
