Like Cowboy Junkies "Trinity Sessions" from years ago. Great vibe, acoustics. In my opinion, much better than the 2015 video on Vevo. Great session and a great group.

I've had an obsession with this specific song, because of the simplicity and beauty of it. Amazing men with beautiful harmonies. It's just a gorgeous song with so much emotion and meaning. Just simply beautiful.

Same-ish. Found them in like 2012. They went on to record like 13 versions of their song "Don't let the sun steal you away" and then disappeared - as far as I could ever tell.

They are still active, with only two lead band members, Andrew Davie and Kevin Jones. They have released five studio albums, last one in 2022. 🤓

This is just as good as Fleet Foxes. The vocal harmonies, the changes into a major chord, it’s phenomenal. each of your faces tell a story about what this song means to you. I have this on repeat. Good solid fucking work, gentlemen.

Just found out about this band, when their song "Lonliness" was used in the closing scene of the hit new CBS 📺 show "TRACKER", on 2/18/24. 😍 👍🏆

when i decided tonight that i wanted to feel raw emotion about my life, this is what i decided on. out of every song i know. because this song is pure, unadulterated, emotion and describes my heart more eloquently than i ever could. thank you.

The harmony mixed with the dissonance in the guitar ( a mix of the tuning in the guitar in open D and mahogany body and sides) and the reverb in the church makes this perfect!!!

I love how they're made to sing live and sound amazing whatever they do

Saw them live in Troy, Oh. After their set they were signing memorabilia. The tents were sold out of their stuff, so since I couldn't get anything signed I went to the side of the line to tell them they were "fucking awesome!" They smiled, laughed, and said "Thanks man. You're quite awesone yourself." Very down to Earth, talented guys that sound great live.

such a simple and well written song, the lyrics are so emotive. A friend and i did a cover of this in the Welsh Valleys

wow i loved this song before but i have never related to this more. the fear of him losing him is suddenly so real. i guess it's because i know that everything in life changes and feelings don't last. people can grow together, but he is too distant from me in my opinion for that to happen now. he says that everything is fine between us, but suddenly, it doesn't feel the same anymore. i don't want to lose him. i don't want to push him away. i want him to miss me. i want him to say that he really really really really loves me like he used to. i don't want to be a chore that he has to check off his list of things to do. he's been busy lately, which i understand, but i miss when he would check in no matter what. he would make time to talk to me. i hope i'm not being too clingy. i can't help but wonder if his feelings for me have dulled or he has found an interest in someone else. i hope soon i can find clarity in what we are because it used to feel like we were always reading on the same page and now i wonder if we were always just reading a different novel.

This song has a profound meaning for me, not six months ago my wife (now ex-wife) told me she's been unhappy for some time and that she no longer feels the same. This song perfectly reflects my feelings at the time (and to some extent still do). It's rough to be in that place, so I hope that you get your answers so that you can find your way again.

Robin Mellberg aw i'm sorry about all that. if only love could last forever like we all wish it would. i hope you find someone that fills up the hole in your heart and more and makes you forget all about your ex soon. my boyfriend and i worked things out. i was just feeling really insecure at the time but i'm trying to trust and believe in our love more now. i want to just appreciate what we have and do anything to make it last but i'm also trying to accept that things in life don't usually last forever so i should just let go of the idea that if something doesn't last forever it's meaningless. that weekend really proved to myself how much i love him and want him in my life. i've only been with him about 2 months though so my situation is quite different from yours. i hope everything gets better soon :)
