So lower grade means they are smaller and higher number it means they are bigger? Or opossite? Or is it in different grades for some other reasons?

Did you measure the temp difference between the two that were 0.0002" different? May only be 0.0001"! 😁 That's some fine tolerances. When this is done... What's your overall opinion on this engine? It seems Ford is walking a fine line with a lot of room for error..IMO. Great video... Waiting for the next!

@@micahap1559 haha It is true, gimick engine with 2 turbos, the electronics from a nightmare, disposable plastic all over, horrid designs (as they change it constantly) as they are being 'tested' by people who believe marketing. Resale is terrible like gas turbos from the 80's they all end bad.

could this be because of high viscosity oil used and/ or just overloading the engine

Are you referring to the bearing tolerances? These actually don't use thick oil. I believe they call for 5w20 from factory if my memory serves me right.

Cam-chains in those eco-toot engines must be made from scrap metal. Look like they will stretch looking at them. HORRID designs and all marketing until it breaks.
