The "earthlodge / Beadwork in Progress" series shows the process of my beadwork projects from the beginning to the end.
This video is Part 2 of a two-part project titled "Original Moccasins 02".
My beadwork design is influenced by various tribal styles. I appreciate and love all forms of beadwork and my creations are based on what I've learned combined with my own personal take and approach. I am not looking to reproduce any particular tribal style. I am simply taking elements I like personally and incorporating them into my work.

Your work is absolutely amazing thank you so much for sharing. can you please tell me where to buy the material for the sole? I bought some latigo and it is literally impossible to cut.

Thank you for liking my work! You can buy a Latigo sole hide from "Crazy Crow Trading"(please check the link I provided on the page). When I cut the sole, I wet it a little to make it soft and use Rotary Cutter. I hope it helps you!!
So beautiful! I was wondering if the fabric that you put on inside of moccasin frays? Also does it make moccasins more stiffer? I’ve been searching for a way to make it not fray and more stiff and this looks like a great way! 😊

Thank you for your compliment. I can not garantee if it won't fray after some usage or not. This is also my new experiment, so I can't tell. As long as you fused it right, I am sure it will last for a while. Also, it makes it a little bit stiffer because of its glue. Again, how long does it lasts depends on how you use it. Thank you. No, the hide is not from Prairie Edge but from my native connection. I am not sure if Prairie Edge sells it or not.
