Morning Mona from across the ocean , the thing I cannot seem to find is how you take off the excess paper or felt or ....without cutting in the beading thread...

Are you beading on leather? Are you trying to bead on felt and attach to leather? I've beaded directly on this leather using a tear away Stabalizer.

@@stitchyus I see. You could bead directly on the cap? Or you can cut close to outer edge of Pellon then add to cap and bead over raw edges.

I cut it out and I made the left over white stuff black ...after I had sewn it on , I cut one little thread but I fixed that too ...next time I will bead it on the cap , on paper...thank you !
