the house is a little bit outdated and needs some renov. overall its nice a property but the price is too high for 80M.

Calatagan is one of my.favorite towns in the Philippines.

Nice property. I noticed that none of the bedrooms have closets, so they need renovating. In the master I would remove the bed next to the comfort room and put a walk-in closet in its place. I would also gut and rebuild the comfort room. Next to the house I would build a garage or a covered parking area. Looks like the house has good bones though.

i like the properties you are presenting and i want to watch more of your videos. If you are open for suggestion, i would like to suggest to wait for the cameraman or benjie to take a video of what you are talking about bago ka lumipat sa ibang area, madalas kc hindi pa nakikita sa video, lumilipat ka na, sa POV ng mga viewers mo hindi masyado nakita ang gusto mo ipakita. wag mo iniiwan si benjie or ang camera. naaawa ako sa cameraman baka madapa sa kakasunod sau na laging nagmamadali maglakad at magsalita. tsaka napakadalas mo banggitin ang"double double bed", "come and follow me guys" at madalas hindi mo tinatapos ang mga sinasabi mo. Naniniwala naman ako na every episode ay gumagaling ka magpresent at sana open ka sa mga ganitong comment para mas dumami pa lalo ang subscribers at viewers mo.

I think private resort ito Ng Isang clan. Ang daming bed provision eh hahaha. Medyo Mahal siya Kasi maraming kailangan ayusin. Kung gagawing private ito, it needs updating. If gagawing business, kailangan pa rin I renovate as to accommodate reasonable price points as a resort.

offer $1.85m for the property, demolish everything and build a world class beach home for another $1.5-2.5M. 😀

On no way is the price understandable. Nice house but in no way should it be priced at that point. 10 million peso tops in my opinion.

I don't like green...kasi green na ang mga trees sa labas ng bahay...haha...nakaka depress ang green interior color...I like white interior color or light blue...

Panget ng loob ng bahay. Tas nakalagay beach house pero technically pool lng meron k kasi ung beach access belongs to the adjacent lot n naka for sale din. So pano kung iba nakabili nun. Eh di wala k n access s beach front? Ung property line nya towards the beach is pakipot ng pakipot tas instead n gawing access, mukhang clinosed off p at ginawang pool ulit. Once may nakabili n s katabing lot, mapapakanta k n lng ng so near yet so far. 😄

Trying not to judge ..but the colors are really shockingly poorly chosen..👌
