Be Yourself to Free Yourself(Finding Your Personal Freedom) | G Brian Benson | TEDxSouthPasadenaHigh

In this talk, G. Brian Benson, author of "Habits for Success - Inspired Ideas to Help You Soar" describes his journey over the past six years and how, despite his business success, he chose to pursue a freer lifestyle as an author and an actor. He shares the lessons he's learned over the years to teach us how to have a balanced life.
G. Brian Benson is a television and film actor, multiple award winning self-help author, filmmaker, storyteller, speaker, inspirational poet, radio personality, finisher of over 50 triathlons (including 4 Ironman distance races) and cross-country bicyclist. Brian believes in giving back as much as he has been gifted. From having mentored hundreds of troubled young people working as a community volunteer, Brian is eternally grateful to have gained the valuable lessons of listening, patience and empathy.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

What beautiful messages for how to live a balanced and joyful life. I so appreciate your vulnerability + "here's who I am-ness" of this talk. I especially appreciated the end of the talk - peeling back who we aren't in order to discover who we ARE! Thank you, Brian! 💥💓💥

Great speech Brian, I could feel the passion in your heart as you delivered your message. I can relate well to what you are saying and can resonate with a lot of what you went through to get to point you could express the real you with confidence. Keep doing this speech as this is very inspiring and motivational for shy insecure people who are dying to reveal their true authentic selfs.

Great job Brian. Nice to see you on your path, reinventing away. I just wrote my first book too, "Kat's Daily Cups" and my daughter illustrated it. We have been fun doing book signings.

I would rather win the lottery and have millions in my bank account for the rest of my life than grow and develop myself. My passion is freedom. I’d rather do what I want when I want and never have to work again.

His voice is tremble-ing while talking, comedian should be weak in stage.
