@WisdomoftheUniverse88 sorry brother i had just come home from a 12 hr shift, wondering how its normal to never have time to reflect then i saw "stay silent for 60 days.." just ticked me somehow. If i had 60days to chill id be sitting pretty with no need to find silence / isolation - something i value greatly.. I was a dick apologies

@quintonlarson5346 Somebody said, and I liked it" if u are not so busy meditate one hour a day, if u are a very busy person meditate 2 hours". I guess what this video is teaching us is to take time for yourself, clear your mind and get in touch with your higher self. Namaste 🙏🏾
