@@f4llenstarr I personally had this experience. What really helped me is taking the time to really get to know myself. I love meeting new people and getting to know them aswell. But since i've really taken the time to really get to know myself, everything changed. I really found myself again and with that came self esteem.

@@f4llenstarr For me personally I just sat myself on the couch, no internet/tv or any other distractions. Just me and my mind, thinking about who I am, what I want, where I would like to go. After doing that for a while I became a lot more comfortable with my thoughts. And meditation, I never would have thought that meditation would bring me the love for life and myself that I have right now. I also truely believe in manifestation. So I like to read a lot about that. ''The Secret'' and ''Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself''(by Dr Joe Dispenza) were really eyeopening for me. And listening to people like this beautiful man in the video really helps me too. Because I fully believe within every part in my being, that he's right

​@@f4llenstarrI'm sure there are many ways . Try going somewhere you liked to go once, alone . Or listen to music or watch a movie you loved once, alone . Observe how it makes you feel , are you experiencing what you thought you would be ? Or is it different and how !? Maybe you have changed a lot, maybe not so much, ask yourself why , think about it. Recognize the parts for you that changed and the parts that haven't . Are you ok with your results !? If not, ask yourself is this who I am now and what can I do to better myself for myself and everyone else . The happier people see you the happier you should be . When you smile in the mirror, a real smile , what are you experiencing , what do you see !? I hope this helps ! 🙃🙂🌀👍

im 18 years old, my spirtual awakening started happening to me when i was 17 and i’ve been consitent with meditation since, but i wanted to talk about what im struggling with right now, recently i abused marijuana when my perception started shifting, my brain had this calm stillness and i took it away from myself by abusing cannabis and ended up brain frying myself, i feel disconnected as im typing this, i feel suprised im even typing this well! i cant feel intuition so it isnt helping me speak i dont think? but i abused marijuana out of an urge, a day later i started to feel intuition, my body’s speaking to me right now, but i cant proccess anything, it’s like i feel disconected, this is probably because my receptors arent responding as they once were, i got this though, im adapting with techniques that calm myself down, in the mean time i’m going to be waiting for myself to feel again ❤

Relating on being on the same note 🎵. That's what I struggle with in work related scenarios. Where I feel like I must pretend to be someone else (on a different note)to earn disposable income and to feel valued by meeting the needs of others.

Actually this is definitely a universal confirmation that I'm on the right path. Lately I've been healing from all that I thought I was or had to be, it has been painful but I did hold my hand the entire time. I did not judge my thoughts, my feelings, my emotional experience of reality even if it's not quite accurate. I held the unconditional love for me and my surroundings believing in our beauty. There is so much to wonder into and I'm so excited to keep going, but this definitely resonates. It's nice to hear that you're understood. Your honesty is really appreciated.

At this point, I'm used to watching your videos like they directly speak to me. Because they do 😭

The timing of this video is so on point haha I recently met a guy when I started to dress the way I like without fear of rejection… so I thought I’d attract “my person” by being authentic. The person I attracted like my style and that I’m a free spirit, yet it was also his excuse to end things with me yesterday after 2 dates because he said we were too different. So it’s weird when I started to “be my authentic self” and then attract someone who says the love it and then end it for that very reason lol. It’s moments like that, that leaves me so confused!!

We are on the same page and I agree with that as well and is my thought exactly, the innerwork comes first, creating a better reality for yourself is what comes into realization first and after that you enjoy the fruits of your labor once you are at that point, you enjoy life, you have fun on it. It means that your nest is ready and the right person will come fast and steady into the flow you have created. Its just that easy but then again unfolding that reality is a lifetime journey. It takes time and dedication towards oneself.

Thanks. You managed to explain so well some of the key reasons why we aren't as authentic as we should be. You're sense of humour and child like. enthusiasm is also contagious 😅 I had to reduce the playback speed though because your speech was fast. Good for a used car salesman but when you're talking about deep things that you were, it's important to be able to consider what you're actually saying whilst drawing up helpful references from inside I think humans are the only ones on the planet (maybe traumatised animals too 🤔) who are out of sync with ourselves. I think different countries produce different psychological issues. These issues all have spiritual root of misalignment with The Eternal Creator through whom we have our "being" and who governs the whole of creation. Much of modern so-called enlightenment totally bypasses the fact that if there are laws relating to manifestation and attraction etc, these laws must have been created and that there must also be other laws pertaining to the countless interactions we experience internally and externally

I think what he means is that the truth of who we really are is infinitely more magnificent than what your ego mind identity wants to tell you. Like that you’re not enough, you’re too much, whatever. So it’s best to express from the awareness of who you really are, which is absolutely perfect, whole, and amazing.
