Be a Predator: Polar Bear vs. Leopard Seals | Wild Life Documentary

Үй жануарлары мен аңдар

Mirages are shaping over the immaculate ice shelf. Close up shot of a bear inhaling the frozen air. From the bear’s point of view, we understand that... he is smelling a seal. This odour is that of a young ringed seal hidden under a thin layer of snow. A few steps and paw swipes to clear the animal and uncover a young ringed seal snack. Under the ice shelf, protected from bears by several meters of frozen ice, belugas- the white whales- are hunting halibut. In their tridimensional environment, individuals can communicate the good hunting spots while kilometres apart. The chattering of these ghost hunters is continuous.
At the South Pole, leopard seals hunt in silence. But they are nonetheless excellent tacticians. Their hunt is based on their excellent sight, experience and a perfect knowledge of their prey’s calendar. When do the parent penguins go off to feed at sea, when do they return, when are the young going to take their first bath and where exactly will they get into the water? The answers to these questions are all part of the leopard seal’s hunting culture. We follow his adventures under the surface of ice-covered bays. When his hunting season comes to an end at fall, the Northern spring wakes the polar bear which goes off to hunt. Our year in the lives of Pole predators comes to a close.

Why do that to the innocent polar bears? The libturds would poison them with their spoiled brain, especially with the like of The Fake Christian libturd like the one who uses the handle of Pope Francis above. These fake Christians love to free criminals to prey on us law abiding citizens but do not think twice about killing babies. That tells you they have diarrhea for brain.

What they don't tell you is how global warming has affected the taste of baby polar bear meat. It used to be prized for its tenderness and it tasted like veal. Now the meat taste like crap. Their fur does not get the price that it used to either. You need to kill four immature polar bears to get only half the money that a single one used to get you on the fair market

You gotta respect the hardship animals gotta go through day to day just to survive. Its sad what humans are doing to break this fragile existence....And our own.

crazy cowgirl "we the people of the world are going to kill this planet" Why are you working to kill this planet? Please stop! The planet earth has been enduring global warming and cooling for over 4..5 billion years. Why can't you just leave our planet alone so it can survive another 4.5 billion years.

Really enjoyed, shame you spouted so much about Global warming. After stating the average winter temperature of the North Pole is minus 50 has been for years. Please, make ya mind up. Positive note, on the cycle of the 2 predators, over a year brilliant. Great photography and evaluation. Thank you.
