BDZ Ludmilla in north-eastern Bulgaria

28-th line (Kardam - Varna) is one of the places where a Ludmilla is highly likely to be spotted. Although most of them work for the cargo operator, one pair of passenger trains is also pulled by such a powerful diesel engine. This is as usually the pair of trains 28203/28204 which have on their back a sleeping car fro the night train from Kardam to Sofia.

Yep, Ludmilla still works both in passenger and freight services

The 07 runs and it is the most powerful diesel locomotive available in Bulgaria. You can check a clip of it on my channel
