Overall a good guide that definitely helps, only complaint (nit pick) I would bring up is during the 1v1 PvP combo section it would really help if you had something on screen telling us what skills are being used like you did with the large scale combos, rewinding every combo then replaying at 0.25 speed so we can focus on what buttons are being pressed is not exactly the best or most user friendly way to do the guide. Thanks regardless.

I did on the first set of combos. Which they are all pretty similar tbh. I also show the keyboard and say the name of each skill used.

I really like playing Succ Mae. But, sometimes I want to sell my main weapon TET black star for the awakening weapon. But, whenever I play awakening, I can't get used to it. I used to play so well before Succ came! Damn it. I like the horizontal gameplay that Succ gives me. I like moving around the mobs. I used to talk to you sometimes on Reddit about the Mae situation. It kind of made me sad to see you playing awakening. I think it's time for me to think seriously about awakening too.

Really helpfull guide, awesome work! I may have a question regarding the awakening weapon crystals for an evasion build. I have HAN hooms 2-set effect for the HP and evasion, but with the release of the gallantry olucas/ahkrad idk anymore. Any advice?

Definitely use the olucas/ahkrad gems in the awakening wep. 4 set hooms is ideal or human dmg via RBF gems etc..

Hey looking to timepiece to maehwa. I’m looking for a fast and cool looking class. I love her outfits and the way her awk weapon looks… I’m playing woosa rn but she’s really boring pressing the same abilities over and over again and kinda slow movement wise. Would you say maehwa is a decent swap?

Normal red moon with no ascension to heaven has a longer animation time. Which extends it's frontal guard duration. Ascension to heaven speeds up the animation, shortening the frontal guard animation. If you lock or unlearn ascension to heaven, it doesn't matter. It acts the same.

comparing to nova, what's your opinion in pve? for example big single target, aoe, protection with fg, potion/healing capability with elixirs, accuracy needed

I don't play nova so couldn't tell u specifically. Mae however has basically a fully protected PvE combo depending on if u use my rotation or another. Sustain is fine. Accuracy is needed for every class for higher grind zones.

Would you say her kit is still available for a variety of combos?

Hi Nayashe. Is it okay for my Baehwa making only around 5k to 6k (Blue LS no Agis) at Bloody Monastery? My AP is 286 with Vell. Seeing ppl around making close to 7k with just Blue LS really makes me confused about what I am doing. My common combo at BM is Petal Drill > Sticky Snowflake > Frost Flower > Ice Pick > Moonrise > Frost Pillar > Tip Iceberg and I find it not really reliable to one round mob pack with this combo. I usually have to use addition Petal Bloom to sweep them with lingering 3 or 5% HP. Not sure if the problem is my AP or something else.

The main thing with combos in PvE is making sure u hit as many mobs as possible up to your max hit count which is 10. So group up the mobs first and then combo. The combo u mention isn't one I would recommend however. Ssf and Frost flower are unprotected so you might be getting cc'd sometimes too which slows you down. That's why my combo focuses around full protected combo that does really good dmg. You also want to focus on back attacks as much as possible too. So use stigma or sleet step to position to the mobs back quickly and combo before they turn to face you. Those are some of the main points to focus on.

@@Nayashe Yeah I also have tested the sequence between Ice Pick > Frostflower and Frostflower > Ice Pick and I find that the first one is also better for PVP as it can extend the duration of CC. Those two are also things I keep considering after the rework. I was too focusing on the dmg number and went for the 2nd sequence for a long time and it carved deep into my muscle memory lol. Guess I will have to get used to the 1st sequence one tho. Tyvm.

So some things have changed but overall succ is better pvp wise rn given some circumstances. Extremely heavy evasion targets are easier to kill on awakening. PvE wise id say they are similar. Awakening is prob slightly better but I haven't noticed this personally in my tests.

Just did the settings for the chase cancel, however it's not working... Any clue? got the WW key to a mouse button(which works) the button it self, but it's the same speed whilst holding LMB

Check out the February 15th patch notes. They changed how chase works. Essentially no more chase cancel but chase is a lot better overall. This is specific to preawaken chase. Awakening chase is unchanged. Big improvement imo.

Zones that have weaker mobs that you can one shot with one skill just use skills that have mobility built into them like pedal drill and icefing as a few examples. Sticky snowflake will work fine moonrise red moon those will all just one shot packs at weaker zones. I personally haven't been to sulfur mines myself so I'm not sure how weak those mobs are.

I'm playing on season pvp server full pen tuvala and I just keep getting deleted by everyone. I don't get it.

@@Nayashe really? At least on season, ive face multiple lahns where i do maybe 1/3 of their health with a combo then before i can even retreat I'm deleted with their awakening shift lmb. Maybe I just dont understand maehwa but ive not had this problem with any other class.
