This video is super helpful! I just interviewed for a school district position as a BCBA and had so many questions. What do you do if a child is absent? How do you obtain those "billable hours?"

Great question! Since I work for a school district and not contracted I receive a salary. So my annual pay is broken up over 12 months, when we have breaks I still get paid my monthly salary even though for that month I only worked 2 weeks. In the summer I get a month off and during that month I still got paid. Hope this helps
