I've used those mats for mini meatloaf and for salmon they worked great

Nice review of those bbq accessories Brian. I’ve used the disposable wire mesh mats when I smoke meatloaf. (Actually from watching one of your videos.) are these disposable or reusable? I’ll see you and big T disagree on where the cheese goes in making cheeseburgers….lol. Cheers brother!
