The recipe used in this video is an old favourite by Grillstock BBQ:
- 6 thick Rashers of Bacon
- 2 onions
- 1 red Pepper
- 3 x 400g cans of haricot beans
- 100g raisins
- 120ml BBQ Sauce (A&O Redhouse)
- 4tbs black treacle
- 75ml bourbon (125ml Makers Mark)
- 125ml coke (Dr. Pepper)
- 100ml chicken stock
- 2tsp BBQ Rub (I used A&O The General)
