Now Shafqat you are must listen for me every day in addition to Ustad Fateh Ali Khan and Ustad Amanat Ali Khan. I am amazed that he sings just like his father and is true to the tradition and does justice unlike others whose kids couldn't reach their father 's level.

Two symbols of suffering are very common in Pakistani especially punjabi culture, one is "Hook" and other is "Hara" these use to depict the helplessness and throes of a sufferer, Shafqat has a commond to present both of these in their true sense of effectiveness.

Well, being Ustad Salamat Ali Khan saheb's son it is only likely that he will be a great artist. My only crticism is excessive embellishment of the surs. The embellishment loses its face value if overused. But by no means am I saying he is a bad artist. He is fantastic.
