It's never a good idea to say to them that you have 'withdrawn your implied rights of access' it has no legal meaning, and only gives them grounds to obtain a search warrant through the courts.

I have found that the better approach is, answer the door and ask "WHO ARE YOU". if they don tell you just go back inside and close the door. If they say who they are (TVL), just say to them "I do not require your services", go back inside and shut the door. By saying this you are not even admitting that you have a TV, whereas if you say "I do not need a TV Licence as I don't watch live TV broadcasts." they could and would assume that you do have a TV and are watching live broadcasts. This is just an observation by the way.

Goons sent a letter asking about live tv. Given in this digital age a majority of broadcasters record onto a digital media as the delay allows a producer of a live event to react to any unplanned actions (I.E. protesters, terror attacks, etc) how on earth do these goons get away with fining people without evidence of that. Surely people have a right of innocence until proven guilty and the evidence must be from that programme maker at a senior level as to whether a programme be live or recorded, include a delay of mere milliseconds from a digital storage device.

Goons they should stop this harassment.

That isok , if you have nothing to hide , then you put a UCC (Commercial Lien) Notice on the judge. You might not be able to tackle his deceit via the Crown Proceedings Act -and the judge is being deceitful, because he knows TV Licensing is a scam - but you can certainly bankrupt Judge with a well set out Commercial Lien, a few quid (less than the cost of a TV Licence)..

Cold calling at peoples doors uninvited can be classed as harassment, which can be classed as a breach of the peace, you don't need to speak to bogus callers, put a sign at your door or on your gate saying that cold callers and bogus persons will not be welcomed or dealt with and that you will be taking their picture and reporting the matter to the police as a bogus caller incident which the police must record and investigate as they would not be doing their job if they don't, one thing I will add if the local people put up signs in the local area making it a zero cold caller zone, then cold callers are breaking the law by doing so, then the police must act on complaints made to them and investigate and take action.

Just because someone knocks at your door does NOT mean you have to engage with them.. Just because they want to speak to me .. DOES NOT mean I want to speak to them.. Never fully understood WHY people THINK they have to "Interact" with someone who knocks at their door?????? 1) Someone knocks at your locked door 2) Look through the spy hole .. 3) Don't know the person at the door 4) Don't open the locked door. Hardly rocket science. Why make TV licence goon's life easy? Been TV licence free for a number of Years now... £154 every Year still in MY pocket and not some fat cat at the BBC's pocket. Kind regards and say NO to the TV licence... Your TV will work fine without a licence. Edit... After about 3-4 visits they give up, as long as you go NO CONTACT ... And I mean NO contact. They will post a stupid letter through the door... put it in the bin unopened.

You must NEVER say you are the occupier! You are the inhabitant or peaceful possessor etc. In law an occupier is a foreign combatant or foreign invading force (which the all-capitalised Vatican legal entity is!). An inhabitant which is a British man or woman, does have the beneficial right to do lawful things without having to obtain license to do it. In the UK the legal persons (employees, slaves, citizens) using the all-caps entity name DO require permission as they are occupiers and do not have the rights inalienable to British men & woman! The minute they get you to say ‘occupier’ you’ve confessed your legal standing and their jurisdiction to pursue statute infringements in their fake & fraudulent world. Just like using the commercial term ‘vehicle’ for a car to flip you into their jurisdiction...so too is the term occupier, and they’ve got you to state it quite voluntarily and consenting! It’s the same with the electoral role... you consent to U.K. statutes and acts in your private property by registering the ALL-CAPITALISED LEGAL PERSON/ENTITY on the electoral role at your home. Take a look next time you get the electoral form through and inside on the left hand side where it lists the ‘occupiers’ you will see the all caps names with the date of birth...you have removed your private home from the status of private property and from under the protection of the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland etc)...and your home has become the U.K. Registered Head Office of a commercial entity/person...it is then a ‘PREMISES’ (a commercial term like vehicle & occupier etc). All commerce has to be ‘RESIDENT’ in the U.K. and is liable for council tax etc. Also, just as with the registered keeper of a car being liable for all costs (regardless of who the owner is)...so too can you be charged anything they deem fit under statute for the legal person! You’ve voluntarily consented and agreed the minute you signed their form!!! A few points about the registered head office scam and how they abuse the legal process...in the Postal Act it states that all legal documents, legal notices, summons, warrants etc. being served to CORPORATE PERSONS ‘MUST’ be delivered/served to the registered head office! If you haven’t registered their legal fiction at your home...you’ve tied one hand behind their backs as you can legally say that “they’re not registered here so go away” (the polite version, lol!). They can still trick you into joinder but you’ve put one big hurdle up! Second thing to remember after you’ve de-registered...return ALL Enforcement notices, invitations to contract, and all notices marked “Person not known at this address - Return to sender”. Bailiffs for example may send 3 Enforcement notices out but just legally return them unopened, Un-accepted, and undelivered. You are not obliged to provide any details or data to them. It is illegal & unlawful to open mail/postings/articles not addressed to you! If you are not the registered keeper of the name send it back...this includes anything in traditional lower case English but with a title! Mr, Mrs, Ms, Miss are all slave/employee/U.K. titles...opening something addressed to any of these titles, OR ANSWERING TO A TITLE TO A BAILIFF OR POLICE OFFICER instantly takes away your standing in England etc and puts you back in the U.K. with no rights, just rules, obligations, and slavery! Remember, if any official or officer calls you by a title, you must immediately correct them and say that’s not your title or name. If you do not correct them when they ‘address’ you with a title, then you’ve accepted/acquiesced/consented to the status and standing! Know your rights so you don’t loose them! 😁 Good On you though for standing up to their fraudulent farce...they’re simply acting like they have rights to harass and question you, but in reality, and until you give them any details or a ‘statement’ (saying you don’t have a tv IS giving them a statement!), they have as much right to enter your property as the milkman! 😁👍🏻
