Thank you so much for finding and posting this. The original author was my grandfather, and my mother has been looking for any remaining copies or versions of his works for several years, and this is a real find. Thank you!

This was tremendous. Folks out there, don’t go by just the title in choosing what to listen to. I’m not too much into the dark side, but this was intriguing and intense. A very fine performance all around! BRAVO!!

I'm partial to letting the title dictate what I listen to at times, but I've learned that if I don't stick to that, I find some great jewels that have turned out to be some of my favorite listening! Thanks again! 😉
Amazing! to your grandfather !!!
Love these oldies...😃

Hey Ester! 👋😉
What a wonderful play. Thank you for uploading it. The BBC regions used to do some splendid drama. I don't think it happens now, due no doubt, to structural changes within the BBC.
This was a great piece of retro radio theatre. Very atmospheric and entertaining. Thank you very much for posting this for us to enjoy. 😊
Splendid story, takes me back to the old days, when instead of being in school, which I often found f tiresome, I would be at home the highlight of my day was listening to a radio play after the schools radio programmes. And listen with mother. Thank you.
Good story. Well written and acted
Truly a classic brilliant.

With such great acting, who needs pictures! Enjoyed the story immensely, too! A worthwhile listen....Thanks, Amanda! (Hope you are finding some answers health-wise. Me, I’m waiting on some analysis of the heart monitor I wore for a couple of weeks. Thinking of you. Let me know how you are.)

MrBazzabee Thanks for listening in! 😉
I'd advise swinging a lead pipe to the head when one is confronted with these infamous hypnotizing fire & brimstone witchdoctors 😉
Moves along well.
A VERY DARK STORY...ONE QUESTIONS HOW MUCH OF THIS IS A REALITY AS OPPOSED TO FICTION.....
Hey! Leave a comment and tell me what you think of the episode. Please make sure to subscribe & hit the thumbs up... Very appreciated! Have a great night/day! ❤️👋

Would have been more suitable as a rejected script for a Hammer horror film . Tweedy pipe smoking chaps confront sinister religious fanatic . The plot eventually vanishes in a cloud of Scotch Mist .
