Музыка
This clip was taken from the Soul Britannia documentary series originally aired on BBC4 back in March 2007. It focused on how R'n'B, soul and hip-hop has influenced British music.

they are sooooo me, Black British people were starting to get a sense of pride in their own identity at this point and not just copying Black Americans. As a band their music together and influences were perfection, still beautiful.
safe from harm still gives me.shivers ..the beat.. the strings and that voice..
the Bristol Sound is my greatest inspiration when I'm making music. Just transcendental.
Love the last line at the end.... "HOW DA FUCK D'YA MARKET THIS?" lol, brilliant.
Love Massive Attack. Their music is timeless and they're the only band that I can listen to their entire catalog and not get tired of it. This American loves your music re: 4:20

So so good. I can listen to Massive Attack for weeks on end. Just dive in and drown in the ocean of sound.
British culture at its best!!!
Roots - even the way he talks is melodic
I will always come back to the music of massive attack.
Not all of us in the USA were closed to MA! Been checking them since Protection and when Tricky Kid was with them. Thanks for the clip.

I usually hate those Keep Calm pics but yours I LOVE! (:
Danny the dog was a great album
@Pirate7X Went to MA's concert at First Avenue in Minneapolis in 1999! The club was full and it was a blast. I think they have always had followers here, but no airplay in the old days of FM and absolutely lousy MTV US!
epic :D
You sure that's Beverley? Looks & sounds like Mica Paris to me. Wicked clip though - wish it was the full doc however.
Where's Tricky?
the dogs
Yeah, but you know what? If the yanks don't get it, that is their loss.
They play stadiums here in Canada. Why are they so obsessed with Americans 'getting it'? They didn't once mention Belarus, or Australia. Mentioned America a few times.

Biggest consumer market in the world
Such a shame to see that America categorises music based on skin colour.
