The BBC extort £3.5 BILLION per year from the UK population, and what do we get for that privilege?... a bunch of amateurs who can't even get the basics right when airing a live TV programme. You simply can't trust the BBC to get anything right, so don't be conned or frightened into handing over £150 of your hard earned cash every year to bbc tv licensing goons. AWhen it comes to the bbc, you're always gonna be dealing with an amateur who just wants your money. So don't fall for their bullshit when a TV Licence goon comes to your door. Simply tell them that you don't need a TV Licence as you don't watch live TV, and then SHUT THE DOOR! Don't say another word, don't sign anything and don't let them into your home Stick to those rules and you won't go far wrong! Remember, the BBC are a bunch of amateurs who are trying to extort money from you because they don't like the fact that you refuse to fund their paedophile ring. The BBC want your money and nothing can get in the way of that. They don't care that you don't watch the BBC and that you only use your TV screen for DVDs, computer games and the internet. When you buy a TV Licence, you are handing over your hard earned money to a bunch of amateurs who promote and protect paedophiles. Remember that!

Not many people watch it yet everyone has to pay for it. They're closing loopholes so that if i get a tv to play my xbox i still have to pay it! If it wasn't considered legal this would be considered theft. That's like someone making a product and then taking people for it and saying "you might want it in the future"

The BBC should be made to stand on their own feet like all businesses. They make a lot of money selling their programs worldwide. What’s with all this sentimentality about the “Auntie” BBC ? The presenters are nothing more than vastly overpaid auto cue readers.

Why not do as Australia does and scrap the licence fee and fund public service broadcasting via government grants directly to the BBC? Australia funds their ABC that way meaning no licence fee, and money is taken straight out of general taxes, in the same way health, education, defence etc are funded.
The Stone Roses on the late show BBC2, famous clip. Ian Brown years later said he prayed for the power cut but when it happened he did not know what was going on. Well done with this compilation: very, very funny!!! --- I've thought for years that the BBC should be sold off and the License-fee scrapped: unfortunately as I don't want to be prosecuted, I still pay the for a license each year.
