Wy does it look worse than some 3DS games upscaled on PC though..? Like seriously, why Nintendo? Make it 1080p and 60fps atleast. This game looks permanently forced at 720p. Nintendo.. WHY

The art style they chose for this game is fantastic the game play and the mechanics to it look up most impressive I can't wait to try this game out and hopefully they might make more.

I was skeptical when I first saw this but after trying the demo I'm actually looking forward to it.

@@andreshacedetodo9376 Nice! I'm glad this game might get more people into the series. Btw Bayonetta 2 on the Switch comes with the first game both the digital and the physical versions so if you ever consider buying it just get the second.

@@monkeyjump4031 just a heads up make sure to look at the case and if you see the black and red circle it will have the download for the 1st game included. If the cover art doesn't have that circle, you're only getting Bayonetta 2. Nintendo started putting those types of copies out when they physically released Bayo 1 around the time Bayo 3 released. (That was done so collectors had an actual case for the game. That Bayo 3 CE came with sweet alternate cover arts for each game)

This Brand Newest Spin-Off game of Bayonetta, *Cereza and the Cheshire Cat* looks Super Incredible and Remarkable! Can't wait to get me this for the Nintendo Switch this year! I wanna know the Origins of How Bayonetta/Cereza First Met the Cheshire Cat!

Used one of my game vouchers for this game. Very excited to play!

I'm very hyped for this game.

Played this, beat it, over 30 hours, it was great magical fun and still more to do post game! And proof it's ART DIRECTION, not PS5 graphics that make this game one of the most beautiful games of all time. And the full symphony score is the best since Breath of the Wild. My grade: A worth every penny!

Glad Kamiya & Platnium are making a Okami-esque title with Bayo: Origins. Love them diversifying the genre's of their IP's, gives me hope that they can one day match all the titles Capcom owns that Kamiya worked on.

Here's to hoping they still make a proper Okami 2. It's an absolute crime that they didn't take advantage of the Wii U gamepad to make an Okami 2 game that really could have benefitted from that gameplay.

I wonder how this will fit into the story canon? I just uploaded a Bayonetta 3 review on my channel with a spoiler discussion at the end. I would love to discuss with others what their theories are on how this will affect the timeline. I imagine this Cereza is the Brave Cereza that we see star in 3. Also curious how Chesire plays a part of the larger story since he seemed like a new demon to Cereza when introduced in Bayonetta 3 as Viola's summon.

I can't wait to play this tomorrow after work!

The game is beautiful and so much fun to play. I can't wait to get into the thick of it!

The thing is. Yeah it looks amazing... But nothing that people comes for in Bayonetta is here. So if the normal Bayonetta market was pretty niche, this is actually 10 times more niche.

@@diegomedina9637 I'm personally a massive fan of Platinum Games best work in general. I see much of their previous great work within this game from Okami's visual style to the severely underrated Astral Chain like gameplay. Also, the Eng VA is on point :-)

As a bayonetta fan I’ve gotten introduced to a lot of amazing games by platinum games such as Nier Automata, Okami and Astral chain so seeing a game mixed with Bayonetta lore and Okami art style is a win for me. And the English VA is on point. I know some people won’t like the vibe but it’s been blatantly obvious that it’s a spin-off. So it’s disappointing to see people upset, do they really expect a new normal bayonetta game just after 6months of releasing bayonetta 3?

​@@SamM_Scot I'm with you. Just because it's a new take on the series doesn't mean it isn't welcome! Been playing it, and as a fan of other franchises like Zelda and Metroid I'm happy to say this fits right in with them! (Especially Metroid)

I think Bayo3 might be my favourite. While I feel there's not a proper build-up to THAT relationship, it's just a fun and whacky game, which is what Bayo should be, in my opinion.

It's so cool to see PlatinumGames having incorporated the partner gameplay where you control two characters at once from Astral Chain, back into their core series, Bayonetta. Makes me wonder if we'll eventually see a Bayonetta strategy game like Infinite Space or a Bayonetta shmup like Sol Cresta.

Teaming up with Lost Words Beyond the Page, both games have storybook page scenes and combat!

So Cereza is like a Pokémon Trainer, if wild enemies can attack both the Trainer and the Pocket Monster. And if she could only carry one Pokémon with her at a time. It Sounds promising!

Absolutely stoked on this and picking it up launch day. That said, this whole "the Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon game" thing rly has to stop lol. Nobody else does that Nintendo. No one is like "the God of War Ragnarok game." It's weird and awkward. And it absolutely sounds worse the longer the game's title is.

I prefer Cereza and the Lost Demon as the main title with "the Bayonetta Origins" bit just being clarification (only Bayonetta fans would know her name is Cereza).

Can't wait to play it on D -2 in my favorite emulator!

I've never played any bayonetta game but when i played that demo it was so fun ! Should i buy it even tho i didn?t played the original games ?

It's possible they may have some connection. I was thinking that blonde kid may somehow tie into the Lumen Sages and somehow possibly be Balder myself. But with Luka being a fairy in Bayo 3 perhaps we'll also get more info on whatever prophecy/story he was vaguely telling Viola about.

Being a huge Zelda fan and impatiently awaiting the new game in May I bought this game Cereza ......y'all it is awesome.....maybe not Zelda awesome but definitely worth the money. It scratches that itch until the Zelda game is released in May! Buy it! This advice from a Zelda fan since the 80s!

Look, i am glad they made this game and try to expand the story of Bayonetta. And it also looks very beautiful and wholesome. But i ain't paying $60 for this. Wtf were the company thinking?! They are out of their mind if they think they can charge $60 and expect a large number of people to buy it. $30 would have been a reasonable number and you can bet many wold love to try it out.
