I've been learning about metallurgy at university and it's crazy that blacksmiths have been doing material science before an atom or grain boundary or crystal lattice was known
That sword is a thing of beauty.

Baylon Skoll was the most interesting character introduced in Ashoka in addition to his apprentice Shin Hati.
That sword looks sick af. I really liked that you only coloured the center, otherwise it would look like wood or rust, but in that way it looks like it channels the soul of the light saber, or have some nice looking steel wood.
I think this is one of my most favorite episodes

The films of Hanibal, Samson, Ali-Baba, or other Afro-Asian Greco-Roman gladiators, which made us swallow European television on Saturday afternoons, in real history its swords and shields were also made in India today, these Indian blacksmiths would be super happy and would find great pleasure in having and working with tools and machines similar to yours😉👍-

Think it might not be canon now but the original sabers were carved out rock. Similar to how they're shaped right now, but they were instead powered by the force, so only a powerful force sensitive could turn them into weapons beyond a simple heavy stick
