They robbed barca, bayern, and almeria*. Just because they win doesnt mean mena its deserved. The goal angainst byaern and barca should have counted and the handball goal against almeria should have been disallowed * almeria is a small laliga side that was 2-0 up against real in the middle of the season. Real scored one aroumd the 60th min and a couple minutes after, vinicius scored a weird goal with his "shoulder", when it was really his elbow. The refs made a terrible decision and it led to the game being tied at final whistle. Not to yap but how can people say barca pay refs and not look at real madrids games. And after all that the ref gave 2 minutes more the match ended at +14:43. Accept the lost. The only mistakes is quick raising of flag and quick whistle blow however the decision of offside is correct even if it had gone to VAR, Madrid goal would still stand.

I can’t believe VAR didn’t check the goal. Last season Bruno Fernandez scored a goal after the offside whistle was blown and VAR still checked it, the refs and VAR sold hard this game

“Goal”? It wasn’t a “goal”. The play stopped when the whistle was blown. Real players stopped playing. EVEN IF bayern wasn’t offside (looks like his knee is further than Rudiger’s foot), and referee had not stopped the play, it is not likely that bayern would have scored on this attack.

He was clear about the offside and if he didn’t cut off the VAR (therefore blowing the whistle after the goal, that probably happened only because Real Madrid stopped to play)… The final whistle would have been at the 20th minute of added time, which there were only 9 minutes claimed! That would have been a real error and just ridiculous for an elite match

Why not allow bayern to finish the attack on such a marginal offside/onside call? He could have blown the whistle at reals goal too. Thinking it was offside. VAR does nothing after that play was already stopped, no? Might be corruprion or just stupidity from referee, but that play was already stopped. If they let it play and then checked VAR it would be great

RM haters show in every possible way that they know nothing about football. All those who say (NOT ABOUT THE WHISTLE) that the referee should have counted it as a goal or that it would have been a goal if it had been scored in Bayern's goal. A GOAL SCORED AFTER THE WHISTLE CANNOT BE COUNTED AS A GOAL! Even if the referee wanted to help one of the teams, he could not afford such an absurdity.

Offside by the looks of it. Edit: It's ONSIDE. I was looking at the wrong Bayern player. I drew up a line using the grass and drew perpendicular lines to the Real 22's foot and the Bayern 10's knee and it's definitely ONSIDE.

Otherwise, what are you claiming they should have done? Yes, the ref blew the whistle early, but got the call right; are you claiming that they should have let the goal stand? That would be a robbery, just the other way around. Not to mention the ref already gave an additional 5 whole minutes to the already massive 9 minutes, as well as the fact that the shot would easily have been blocked had the defenders and Lunin not stopped for the whistle

Offside 100% Look at rudiger leg distance from the green line And look at the bayern player next to him leg distance from the green line Also the bayern player was more tilted at an angle than rudiger was(so his leg is closer to the green line than rudiger and his body angle is alos more titled than rudiger) So that bayern players head is definitely past the boundary of rudigers shoulder And hands dont count for offside(the shoulder part and torso are where the offside starts from) The bayern player next to rudiger clearly has his head past rudiger shoulder by his leg position which is closer to the green line than rudiger and his body being more tilted than rudiger to the opposite side)

Refs messed up by blowing the whistle. But you can’t allow the goal because Madrid stopped playing when they heard the whistle.

Is a clear offside but the thing is Mendy touch it not the Bayern player. So it shouldn't have been rule out. Either way Bayern play 2 minutes extra

Referee made a big mistake by blowing a whistle early, until the lines are drawn we won’t know if it was offside or not. I also believe that if Real Madrid players continued playing the shot would’ve been blocked or Lunin could’ve reacted and saved it. Anyways, this is probably the only major mistake by referee in the game.

@@maticcro5992 i can’t say who made a bigger mistake, the linesman showing the flag while the play was not finished or the ref blowing the whistle as soon as he saw the flag. I believe it’s offside, but even if it wasn’t and went to extra time, the momentum was crazy by RM and they would’ve still won the game. The problem is just that one whistle that makes us think about what could’ve happened and where the game would’ve gone.

As long as the referee blows the whistle, gameplay should stop and restart after the whistle is blown again. If he hadn't blown the whistle, Madrid would never have left Bayern to take that action. I hope this is clear. Otherwise, as Madrid, we always adhere to the rules and stop playing when the whistle goes. Their continued play was simply undiscipline.

both De Ligt and the other Bayern player are offside BUT Mendy header puts them BOTH back on play. Mendy went for the header > anyway < instead of letting go, that means it's on him. The goal is regular.

De light was in clear offside,but ref made a mistake with whistle.He whistled too early.

This would never go in, if there was no whistle! They all stopped!

The biggest scandal is that they playing 9mins more but after 10 mins the ref points 2 extra mins and after 13.5 mins this happened... the game should have been finished 2-3 mins already at this point.

Yes, De Ligt was offside, and it was not "passive". The only fact that he was not the target of that pass is not enough to count for passive offside. De Ligt was moving in respond to the pass, distracting Madrid defenders.
