This works. Read the instructions before you take it out of the box. It is written by some Chinese guy, so if you get confused, rewatch this video. Worth every penny!!!

My question too...

Does anybody know if the applicance can work on 220 V elecrical current? I'm asking because I'm based in Europe and ordered one but it doesnt say if it could be used on more than 120 V electrical current

No, 120V only. But go to your local eBay and find one for your voltage. This is a Chinese made tool distributed by Harbor Freight in the US. Should be tons of them on your eBay. FWIW, you can view the owners manual on Harbor Freights web site.

So it punched about a 1/2 inch hole through the clog which will likely to come back quickly. It needs to scrape the inside of the pipe to fully clear the clog. Also be careful on what type of pipe you are using this on. If it's a clay pipe it could cause damage to the pipe.

How do you know the clog wasn’t in the p trap?

Soak it with Lucas synthetic oil stabilizer and wipe it down as you retrieve the cable, you will never have an issue.
