Yea I imagine it going on within his head.

The fact that it takes place in Tatooine makes me more convinced that this was in Vader's mind during the duel in the throne room.

It makes so much sense that this is on Tatooine. In fact, it makes so much sense that if it took place anywhere else I would be confused. Like someone else in this thread said, this could be representing what’s going on in Vader’s head before he throws the Emperor into the elevator shaft. I see narratively in key moments in the twenty years he was Vader, this fight would happen every time he was conflicted about something, yet every time Vader would triumph. Twenty years of this. But at that moment when his son is close to death, Anakin overpowers Vader, and ultimately on the outside, Anakin he becomes once more.

"As Darth Sidious tortures Luke Skywalker on the Death Star, Anakin Skywalker battles Darth Vader on their home planet of Tatooine. Where they were raised as slaves. At night, when the Twin Moons shine. This is the final night, the final battle. The last Duel of the Fates will decide. Who will win? Who will die? The Sith or the Jedi?"

i like to think this is the fight that happened in Vader when Luke was being shocked by the emperor, Anakin was fighting his way out and won defeating Vader and saving Luke in the process

Wow that was close, anakin’s massive strikes with more damage but always running out of stamina was pretty intense

@Solomon Clarke it’s decent, 12 swings and 12 blocks, but the reason why his stamina looked so easy to manage in this duel is because he maxed out the steamroll star card. This means he has 20 attacks and 20 blocks, but you rarely ever get to max this card out in Hs as most duels you get don’t simply last long enough as The one in this video did.

@Solomon Clarke oh I thought it was 12 blocks, silly me but I stay away from steamroll in HS because 99% of the time I only get an increase of 1 or 2 swings by the end of the duel. Only once or twice have I ever got 4 swings from steamroll, but always use it in HVV. When you max it out it’s honestly nuts

That was insane, the nice duelling skills of the opponent, the light of the lightsabers, the fog in the streets, the night, the musics and the quotes. It looked like a cinematic. Perfect and beautiful as always. 👌

Relatively new to your channel. I love seeing smaller SWB2 youtubers who are good at the game. Your timing was on point. Your spin reaction time to those saber throw returns were amazing. Your jump efficiency timing was VERY good. And your dodge flow/stamina management was seamless. All in all, it was impressive....most impressive. 😏👌🏾

This literally could not have gone more perfect. Even down to the voice lines and timing. Incredible, the music was on point as always. Insanely cinematic

this fight makes so much sense, Anakin facing his dark pass

the lightsaber ignition at the start was so cinematic

Love that its tatooine (anakins birth planet) and it moves around the entire map

No one: The video every 5 seconds : **intense intensity intensifies**

This was so epic! From the well-paced dramatic intro including the voice lines especially that well-edited addition of Anakin's "This is some kind of Sith trick; it has to be!" and even the automated banter to the flow of the music which was really well timed to both the action and the dialogue to both duelists using all of their skills and the characters's abilities to the fullest, this couldn't have gone better! I love the soundtrack editing beginning with "Battle of the Heroes" then changing to "Duel of the Fates" and finally ending on the Force theme. As I was watching this for the first time, I thought this could make an "elseworlds" plot wherein when Anakin confronts Palpatine upon realizing that he's the Sith Lord, Palpatine tries to use the Dark Side to push Anakin into joining him and as a result Anakin suddenly finds himself in a Force Vision back on Tatooine facing an apparition of Darth Vader (much like Luke did on Dagobah) and then the battle unfolds as shown here, with Anakin triumphing over his Dark Side. Returning to the present, Anakin goes to strike down Palpatine, who's surprised by this seemingly sudden strange turn of events and draws his lightsaber to defend himself but finds it caught in Anakin's Force Grip (fully-charged Retribution ftw! XD), and Anakin takes down Palpatine much like he did Dooku earlier. Afterwards, while much of the Republic is shocked to find out that the Chancellor was actually the Sith Lord, they eventually accept it when shown the overwhelming amount of evidence recovered by the Jedi Council. However, while some members are content with the idea that Sith teachings were passed down orally from master to apprentice, others are concerned by the lack of Sith holocrons or other physical media found amongst Palpatine's personal possessions. Despite their suspicions, young Master Skywalker is not incriminated as he was found grieving the betrayal of a close friend where he was forced to strike him down, yet Anakin seems far less troubled about Padme's future safety now...(that twist hook at the end was inspired by the rapid peaked switch from the Force theme back to "Duel of the Fates" at the end of the video. >;D)

What a fun duel! All I could think of was "this is what goes on in Anakin/Vaders head against themselves". Think you could do duels like this with modded Kotor skins? There's not that many but the ones that exist are pretty solid looking.

I will not give into you.. ever ! I love when Vader fights anakin in vaders mind he has destroyed him already. But a final confrontation with his former self he needs to destroy his physical body. Awesome duel so cinematic.

I think Intense Lightsaber Duels #3 (Season 2) is the only one she's done playing as Dooku so far, but Intense Lightsaber Duels #1 (Season 2) is against a Dooku and a Maul, and there might be more especially in the casual series depending on what the opponents picked.

Holy shit, this has to be the best battlefront 2 fight ive ever seen! I was so fucking tense the whole way through, you're absolutely amazing :D

It would be really cool if you had lost the duel. Obi-Wan did say Vader betrayed and murdered Anakin. This could be an analogy of that. What if this was a dream of Anakin's final steps into the dark side and that becoming Vader would be inevitable. Just a thought. But great duel! Very cinematic.

Just imagine that Anakin's victory is Episode 6 where he watched Luke being electrocuted by Palpatine. When he won, he killed Palpatine as a sign that Vader was no longer bound to Anakin.
