battlefield 3 was the best bf ever just played and had so much fun
Animations are pretty hit-or-miss. Some of them are great, others aren’t. Sounds are phenomenal. There hasn’t been a single bad sounding Battlefield since 1942.

I think they're trying to re create the snappy animation of mw but just not there.

I think my biggest annoyance is that so many of the older guns use these cringe “eLiTe oP3rAt0r” tacticool reloads. Like, nah, no one was doing modern-style retention reloads like that with a heavy-ass Browning Automatic Rifle in 1942. It just looks goofy and feels like the Portal content for BF 1942 feel like a half-assed reskin of BF 2042.

i thought people where just overreacting when they said this game didn't even look good along with it playing bad apparently (i haven't seen much gameplay before this at all) and no they where not, this games gun models and animations (even the sounds somehow (im not saying they are bad im just saying their other titles had stronger sound design)) are just a direct downgrade from their previous games. genuine apologies from me.

Good grief… What was so wrong with just using the old animations and changing a bit? Just saying, considering how ass the guns look and sound and feel.
