    Thank you for your comments! We all have days when negativity feels overwhelming - sometimes you can feel great one minute and something happen or something is said and you then feel terrible. That is human! The best way I've found to take control of my feelings is when I feel negative - stop at that moment and count my blessings. Are you still breathing, are you healthy, did you eat something this morning. Find strength in the things you DO have and then intentionally feed your mind with positive affirmations. You are in control of your thoughts and then those control your actions.
