Bf4 gives smooth 200fps on ultra settings but 2042 barely touches 100fps on low settings

And the best part about it is, that BF3 is more than 10 years old. It's just ridiculous how bad a lot of video games nowadays look compared to older ones.

I think because BF4’s graphics are worse and we therefore don’t run into the uncanny valley issue (yes, that also applies to other things than faces)

Aside from the dark-lighting, BF4's graphics still hold up insanely well a decade later.

Bf4 definetely looks better. Somehow 2042's guns feel more like paintball guns than real ones. Taking some inspiration from games like Ready or Not or even CoD for the guns would surely help them feel better.

Bf4 does not have better graphics. The guy in the video is trying to make 2042 look bad. The game looks better on my xbox than it does in this video. Also 2042 on the highest settings has some of the best graphics of any fps.

​@@jacobhayes1239I don't think buddy was talking about resolution and how many pixels you can see. Obviously the newer game will win in that regard, but animation quality on the other hand? Every 2042 reload just looks like Parkinson's the game. I swear, the hands drop to 20 fps the moment you hit the reload button.

Does every character in 2042 have early onset parkinsons? Every 2042 animation is so shaky and jolty, I swear the frames on your character's hands drop to like 20 with every reload. The 2042 P90 has the smoothest animations by far, and even then the gun is all shaky and jolty. The Scar is pretty good looking when reloaded from empty, but then the partial reload animation is ruined by the Parkinson's-like shaking. Sidenote, thank you for reminding me how much I love everything about the GOL in BF4, with one of the most stylish and smooth reloads in the game. It took me back to Bad Company 2 when they brought it to Bf4, even if it didn't perform quite as well.

Didn’t expect the BF2042 sounds to be such much better overall.

Battlefield became COD

The only advantage is that BF2042 so is that the Beretta 93R model more or less like the real version. And that's where the pros end, as they go to the other game you've already compared in this vid.

Why do the portal guns in 2042 look bigger it should be smaller like 4

I'm very confused why they had the character animation engage the safety and load the gun on the SUPER 500. And also the safety magically comes back when the character is done reloading.

Some of the animations in bf2042 do look pretty good but rest are janky

BF4 has a distinct look. BF2042 doesnt.

BF4 has 60fps animations while BF2042 only has 30fps, that's why animations look so janky

Why did you not include the M249 SAW, AN-94, etc.?

Ps4 dlc server is dead and we have less server than what we see in 2019

So awful graphics in bf 2042 this is disgusting

The BF4’s reload was rigid but suitable and carried by the sound design. BF2042 has neither. It’s “tactical” reload looks sluggish, the sound and the movement is inconsistent. I think a melting pot of sorts where the devs just wantonly import sound and reload from the various battlefield games into 2042 (like with STALKER Anomaly) would have been a much better and cheaper choice than this tacti-ass reload

The bullet casings are so miserably small in comparison with their guns(both in BF4 and 2042) lmao 😹COD nailed it
