Must be mods on video. Game didn't look that fancy back in 2005. For an example real time shadows wasn't there.

Yeah there's something about the graphics that I really like. Yes its dated but it has a charm to it, same with the ui I always liked bf2s ui

11:47 In game that helicopter called "Black Hawk", so I think, that it's UH-60, not MH-60S Despite the developers named the helicopter as AH-1Z (Viper), I think that correct name is AH-1W (Super Cobra), looking to its appearance

It's a viper without additional exhaust cover Super Cobra only has 2 blades, the one in the game had 4.

My favourite is the Black Hawk. The miniguns were so powerful when the game first came out.

It's fascinating that for a such old game, they did f35 right. It looks really similar if not identical.

I have never understood why aircrafts in BF2 was so weak in armarment. I mean like EF-2000 Thyphoon and F-18 Hornet. So great multirole birds and they give you 6 AIM-9 and 2 unguided bombs. Or why no A-10C or Su-39 with Vichr? I have never understood why EA has not used the potential of the game and vehicles.

At the time no one in any mainstream knew anything about these vehicles apart from aviation enthusiasts. Just having these vehicles playable in a video game was insane to anyone who was remotely interested in aircraft
